被試験装置の変位を測定するために使用される線形変位アブソリュート位置エンコーダであって、基部、磁気抵抗センサ・アレイ、符号化ストリップ、および後方磁石を備え、
符号化ストリップは、基部上に固定され、被試験装置のレールの方向に延び、符号化ストリップは、異なる位置の符号化情報を特定するための凹部および突部を有する磁性材料ブロックであり、
磁気抵抗センサ・アレイは、符号化ストリップと後方磁石との間に非接触式で配置され、
後方磁石は、符号化ストリップを磁化するように符号化ストリップの周りに不均一な磁場を発生させるために使用され、
磁気抵抗センサ・アレイは、磁気抵抗センサをN行およびM列で備え、N≧1、M≧1、ならびにNおよびMは、共に正の整数であり、磁気抵抗センサ・アレイは、符号化ストリップの磁場情報を検出することによって符号化ストリップの位置符号化情報を取得するために使用される、線形変位アブソリュート位置エンコーダという技術的解決策を採用する。
Claims (7)
- 被試験装置の変位を測定するために使用される線形変位アブソリュート位置エンコーダであって、基部、磁気抵抗センサ・アレイ、符号化ストリップ、および後方磁石を備え、
該符号化ストリップは、該基部上に固定され、該被試験装置のレールの方向に延び、該符号化ストリップは、異なる位置の符号化情報を特定するための凹部および突部を有する磁性材料ブロックであり、
該磁気抵抗センサ・アレイは、該符号化ストリップと該後方磁石との間に非接触式で配置され、
該後方磁石は、該符号化ストリップを磁化するように該符号化ストリップの周りに不均一な磁場を発生させるために使用され、
該磁気抵抗センサ・アレイは、磁気抵抗センサをN行およびM列で備え、N≧1、M≧1、ならびにNおよびMは、共に正の整数であり、該磁気抵抗センサ・アレイは、該符号化ストリップの磁場情報を検出することによって該符号化ストリップの位置符号化情報を取得するために使用される、線形変位アブソリュート位置エンコーダ。 - 前記符号化ストリップは、前記被試験装置の前記レールの前記方向に配置されたP行の符号化チャンネルを有し、該符号化チャンネルは、行ごとに、M個の符号化ビットを備え、前記符号化ビットは、前記凹部または前記突部によって形成され、該M個の符号化ビットは、それらが位置する該符号化チャンネルの前記位置符号化情報を構成し、それぞれの行における該符号化チャンネルの該位置符号化情報は異なり、ただし、1≦P≦2Mであり、Pは正の整数である、請求項1記載の線形変位アブソリュート位置エンコーダ。
- 行方向において、各行における2つの隣接した磁気抵抗センサ間の間隔は、各行における2つの隣接した符号化ビット間の間隔に等しい、請求項2記載の線形変位アブソリュート位置エンコーダ。
- 前記磁気抵抗センサは、線形磁気抵抗センサであり、該線形磁気抵抗センサは、ホール効果センサ、異方性センサ、巨大磁気抵抗センサ、およびトンネル磁気抵抗センサのいずれか1つを含む、請求項1記載の線形変位アブソリュート位置エンコーダ。
- 前記磁気抵抗センサは、傾斜磁気抵抗センサであり、該傾斜磁気抵抗センサは、ホール効果センサ、異方性センサ、巨大磁気抵抗センサ、およびトンネル磁気抵抗センサのいずれか1つを含む、請求項1記載の線形変位アブソリュート位置エンコーダ。
- 前記符号化ストリップは、前記基部と一体形成される、請求項1記載の線形変位アブソリュート位置エンコーダ。
- 前記符号化ストリップの符号化形態は、2進コードまたはグレイ・コードである、請求項1記載の線形変位アブソリュート位置エンコーダ。
