Claims (9)
- 被試験Nポート電気装置を電気的に試験するための装置であって、
前記被試験Nポート電気装置のN個のポートに直接接続され、単一の電気試験ポートを提供するように構成されたN対1電気信号ネットワークと、
少なくとも前記被試験Nポート電気装置を制御し、前記被試験Nポート電気装置の特性評価を行うように構成された試験コントローラと、を備え、
前記特性評価は、試験入力及び/または出力に前記被試験Nポート電気装置の前記N個のポートを個別に用いる代わりに、試験入力及び/または出力に単一の前記電気試験ポートを用いることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記被試験Nポート電気装置がビームフォーミングトランスミッタであり、前記N対1電気信号ネットワークは、単一の前記電気試験ポートが前記被試験Nポート電気装置の出力信号を選択された遠方界における方向へ提供するような仮想アンテナレンジであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記N対1電気信号ネットワークが、前記試験コントローラによって制御されるアクティブネットワークであるように構成され、それにより、選択された前記遠方界における方向は、前記試験コントローラによって変化させることが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記被試験Nポート電気装置がビームフォーミングレシーバであり、前記N対1電気信号ネットワークは、単一の前記電気試験ポートが前記被試験Nポート電気装置に対して選択された遠方界における方向において試験信号を提供するような仮想アンテナレンジであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記N対1電気信号ネットワークが、前記試験コントローラによって制御されるアクティブネットワークであるように構成され、それにより、選択された前記遠方界における方向は、前記試験コントローラによって変化させることが可能であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記N対1電気信号ネットワークは、パッシブネットワークであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記N対1電気信号ネットワークは、前記試験コントローラによって制御されるように構成されたアクティブネットワークであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- N対1電気信号コンバイナは、電気装置を試験するためのプローブアレイと一体化されており、これにより、前記被試験Nポート電気装置は、プロービングを介して試験を行うことを可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- N対1電気信号コンバイナは、前記被試験Nポート電気装置と一体化されている、請求項1記載の装置。
