Abstract

Claims (20)
- 製品位置特定システムであって、
励起信号を形成する主搬送波RF信号を放射するように構成された少なくとも1つの無線周波数(RF)後方散乱送信機(410)と、
製品に関連付けられ、前記励起信号から超広帯域(UWB)信号を生成するように構成された受動RF後方散乱タグ(420)と、
前記少なくとも1つのRF後方散乱送信機からの前記励起信号と前記受動RF後方散乱タグからの前記UWB信号との両方を一度に受信し、それらの間の到着時間差(TDoA)を計算するように構成された少なくとも1つのRF後方散乱受信機(430)とを有し、
前記少なくとも1つのRF後方散乱受信機を含む、複数のRF後方散乱受信機からのTDoA情報は、集約されて、前記受動RF後方散乱タグが取り付けられる前記製品の位置を計算する製品位置特定システム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのRF後方散乱送信機(410)および前記少なくとも1つのRF後方散乱受信機(430)は、前記励起信号を生成するための少なくとも1つの超高周波RFインタフェースと、前記受動RF後方散乱タグ(420)から前記UWB信号を受信するためのUWBインタフェースとをそれぞれ有する、請求項1に記載の製品位置特定システム。
- 前記高周波RFインタフェースと前記UWBインタフェースとは、同期される、請求項2に記載の製品位置特定システム。
- 前記受動RF後方散乱タグ(420)は、前記励起信号をターゲットUWB搬送波信号に変換し、前記ターゲットUWB搬送波信号を、一連のインパルスを含むターゲットベースバンドUWB信号で符号化する、請求項1に記載の製品位置特定システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのRF後方散乱受信機(430)は、前記少なくとも1つの無線周波数(RF)後方散乱送信機からの前記励起信号と、前記受動RF後方散乱タグからの後方散乱信号との間の到着時間差(TDoA)を、共通のクロックを使用して計算する、請求項1に記載の製品位置特定システム。
- 異なるRF後方散乱送信機(410)が異なる時間に励起信号を送出して、異なる配備領域内の受動RF後方散乱タグを起動する、請求項1に記載の製品位置特定システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのRF後方散乱送信機(410)が、まず、前記受動RF後方散乱タグによるエネルギーハーベスティングに使用されるハーベスティング信号を送信し、次いで、後方散乱信号を送信してタグ送信を開始する、請求項6に記載の製品位置特定システム。
- 前記受動RF後方散乱タグ(420)は、前記少なくとも1つのRF後方散乱送信機から前記後方散乱信号を受信し始めると、そこから前記UWB信号を送信し始める、請求項7に記載の製品位置特定システム。
- 前記受動RF後方散乱タグ(420)が、バックオフ方式を使用してタイムスロットを選択し、直交符号を使用して前記UWB信号を符号化して送信を開始する、請求項1に記載の製品位置特定システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのRF後方散乱受信機を含む、複数のRF後方散乱受信機からの前記受動RF後方散乱タグ(420)のTDoA計算が、集約され、それに適用されるマルチラテレーション技術が、前記受動RF後方散乱タグの位置を計算する、請求項1に記載の製品位置特定システム。
- 製品位置特定方法であって、
少なくとも1つの無線周波数(RF)後方散乱送信機によって、励起信号を形成する主搬送波RF信号を放射すること(210)と、
製品に関連付けられた受動RF後方散乱タグによって、前記励起信号から超広帯域(UWB)信号を生成すること(220)と、
少なくとも1つのRF後方散乱受信機によって、前記少なくとも1つのRF後方散乱送信機からの前記励起信号と前記受動RF後方散乱タグからの前記UWB信号との両方を一度に受信して(230)、それらの間の到着時間差(TDoA)を計算することとを含み、
前記少なくとも1つのRF後方散乱受信機を含む、複数のRF後方散乱受信機からのTDoA情報は、集約され(240)、前記受動RF後方散乱タグが取り付けられる前記製品の位置を計算する製品位置特定方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つのRF後方散乱送信機が、前記励起信号を生成するための少なくとも1つの超高周波RFインタフェースを有するように構成すること(210A)と、
前記受動RF後方散乱タグから前記UWB信号を受信するためのUWBインタフェースを有するように前記少なくとも1つのRF後方散乱受信機を構成することとをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の製品位置特定方法。 - 前記高周波RFインタフェースと前記UWBインタフェースとを同期させること(230B)をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の製品位置特定方法。
- 前記受動RF後方散乱タグによって、前記励起信号をターゲットUWB搬送波信号に変換すること(230C)と、
前記ターゲットUWB搬送波信号を、一連のインパルスを含むターゲットベースバンドUWB信号で符号化すること(230C)とをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の製品位置特定方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つのRF後方散乱受信機が、前記少なくとも1つの無線周波数(RF)後方散乱送信機からの前記励起信号と、前記受動RF後方散乱タグからの後方散乱信号との間の到着時間差(TDoA)を、共通のクロックを使用して計算する、請求項11に記載の製品位置特定方法。
- 異なるRF後方散乱送信機が異なる時間に励起信号を送出して、異なる配備領域内の受動RF後方散乱タグを起動する、請求項11に記載の製品位置特定方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのRF後方散乱送信機によって、前記受動RF後方散乱タグによるエネルギーハーベスティングに使用されるハーベスティング信号を送信することと、
前記少なくとも1つのRF後方散乱送信機によって、後方散乱信号を送信して、タグ送信を開始することとをさらに含む、請求項16に記載の製品位置特定方法。 - 前記受動RF後方散乱タグは、前記少なくとも1つのRF後方散乱送信機から前記後方散乱信号を受信し始めると、そこから前記UWB信号を送信し始める、請求項17に記載の製品位置特定方法。
