Description
-母鋼板の表面上にAl-Siコーティング層を形成することと、
-露点が-10℃未満の雰囲気が存在する加熱炉内で、Al-Siでコーティングされた母鋼板を、1℃/hr~500℃/hrの加熱速度で、450℃~750℃の範囲の熱処理最高温度に加熱することと、
-Al-Siでコーティングされた母鋼板を熱処理最高温度で1時間~100時間維持することにより、母鋼板の表面上にAl-Fe合金コーティング層を形成することと、
を含む。
母鋼板上に形成され、かつビッカース硬さが200Hv~800HvのAl-Fe合金層Iと、
Al-Fe合金層I上に形成され、かつビッカース硬さが700Hv~1200HvのAl-Fe合金層IIIと、
Al-Fe合金層III中に鋼板の長さ方向に連続又は不連続に形成され、かつビッカース硬さが400Hv~900HvのAl-Fe合金層IIと、を備え、
酸化物層の表面から0.1μmの深さにおける平均酸素含有量は、20重量%以下である。
A.防食目的のための亜鉛系又はアルミニウム系プレコーティングでプレコーティングされた熱処理用鋼板の提供ステップと、
B.10~550nmの厚さにわたる水素バリアプレコーティングの堆積ステップと、
C.プレ合金化された鋼板を得るためのプレコーティングされた鋼板のバッチ焼鈍ステップであって、バッチ焼鈍後の冷却が29.0℃.h-1以下の速度で実行される、ステップと、
D.ブランクを得るためのプレ合金化された鋼板の切断ステップと、
E.鋼中に完全オーステナイト微細構造を得るためのブランクの熱処理ステップと、
F.ブランクのプレスツールへの移送ステップと、
G.部品を得るためのブランクの熱間成形ステップと、
H.マルテンサイト若しくはマルテンサイト-ベイナイトであるか、又は体積分率で少なくとも75%の等軸フェライト、5~20体積%のマルテンサイト及び10体積%以下の量のベイナイトで作製される鋼中の微細構造を得るためのステップG)で得られた部品の冷却ステップと、

この試験を使用して、プレス硬化方法のオーステナイト化熱処理中に吸収される水素の量を決定する。
Claims (15)
- プレス硬化方法であって、以下のステップ:
A.亜鉛系又はアルミニウム系プレコーティングでプレコーティングされた熱処理用鋼板の提供ステップと、
B.10~550nmの厚さにわたる水素バリアプレコーティングの堆積ステップと、
C.プレ合金化された鋼板を得るための前記プレコーティングされた鋼板のバッチ焼鈍ステップであって、前記バッチ焼鈍後の冷却が29.0℃.h-1以下の速度で実行される、ステップと、
D.ブランクを得るための前記プレ合金化された鋼板の切断ステップと、
E.鋼中に完全オーステナイト微細構造を得るための前記ブランクの熱処理ステップと、
F.前記ブランクのプレスツールへの移送ステップと、
G.部品を得るための前記ブランクの熱間成形ステップと、
H.マルテンサイト若しくはマルテンサイト-ベイナイトであるか、又は体積分率で少なくとも75%の等軸フェライト、5~20体積%のマルテンサイト及び10体積%以下の量のベイナイトで作製される鋼中の微細構造を得るためのステップG)で得られた前記部品の冷却ステップと、

- ステップE)において、雰囲気が、-30~+30℃の露点を有する、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
