Description

The present invention relates to a cosmetic container in which an inner plate can be detachably housed in a container body, the attachment and detachment operations are easy, the container is compact as a whole, and has a good appearance.

Conventionally, an inner tray filled with cosmetics such as foundation was stored in a removable manner from the container body, and when it was used up, it was replaced with a new inner tray, and multiple containers were prepared for different types of cosmetics. Cosmetic containers are often used that can accommodate a combination of inner plates depending on the purpose.

In such a cosmetic container with a replaceable inner plate, if the inner plate is a metal plate, an adhesive layer is provided on the bottom of the recess for accommodating the inner plate in the container body, so that the metal plate can be stuck inside the recess. When replacing the metal plate, it is common to use a thin pin to remove the metal plate from the through hole provided at the bottom of the recess.

On the other hand, when the inner plate is a resin plate, by utilizing the flexibility of the resin, an engaging recess is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the inner plate, and an engaging claw, etc. is provided on the wall of the recess for accommodating the inner plate in the container body. In many cases, the inner plate is removably attached to the container body by engagement between the two (Patent Documents 1 and 2, etc.).

For example, in the cosmetic container of Patent Document 1, as shown in FIG. 4, and a protrusion 5 for preventing slippage is provided on the right side wall opposite thereto, and the groove 3a provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner plate 3 is engaged with the pawl 4 and the protrusion 5. This allows the inner plate 3 to be detachably held in the recess 2 of the container body 1. In order to take out the inner plate 3, as shown in FIG. 10(b) which is a sectional view taken along line XX' in FIG. Using the portion 7, the inner plate 3 is pressed to the left side as shown by the arrow, the inner plate 3 is disengaged from the convex portion 5, and the inner plate 3 is pulled out diagonally upward. The structure disclosed in Patent Document 2 is also generally similar.

Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2002-177045

However, in the structure for attaching and detaching the inner plate 3 as described above, since the unevenness for engaging the inner plate 3 is recessed or protruded in the horizontal direction, the peripheral wall of the inner plate 3 and the recessed part of the container body 1 are 2, the thickness around the container must be thicker, and a certain amount of thickness is required in the vertical direction to ensure space for unevenness, so the container as a whole becomes bulky and thin. There is a problem that it is difficult to obtain a container with a sharp appearance. In particular, when accommodating a plurality of medium plates 3 at the same time, there is a problem in that it is particularly desirable not to take up extra space.

Furthermore, in the conventional configuration, in order to take out the housed inner plate 3, it is necessary to provide a notch 7 (see FIG. 10(b)) for placing one's finger on the inner plate 3 and a stepped portion in place of this. There is also the problem that the height of the top surface of the container body 1 and the inner plate 3 cannot be made uniform, resulting in poor appearance.

Therefore, consideration has been given to making the area around the concave part of the container body and the peripheral wall of the inner plate thinner, as well as making the height of the outline of the inner plate and partition walls that appear on the top surface of the container body uniform to improve the appearance. However, in reality, such a cosmetic container has not been realized because it would be difficult to secure a structure in which the inner plate can be detachably attached.

The present invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and although it is a cosmetic container with a removable inner plate, the peripheral wall of the inner plate and the peripheral wall of the recess of the container body can be made thin, and the upper surface of the container body can be thinned. To provide an excellent cosmetic container in which the heights of the inner plate and surrounding partition walls can be made uniform.

A part of the engaging piece is provided with an engaged piece that can be engaged with the engaging piece,
By inserting the insertion piece of the engaging member or the engaged member into the inside of the substantially cylindrical body of the engaging member or the engaged member, the engaging piece and the engaged piece are engaged, A cosmetic container, wherein the inner tray is fixed within the inner tray housing recess of the container body.
[2] The engagement member extends parallel to a part of the lower surface of the inner tray, a pair of side portions hanging from the lower surface of the inner tray, and a predetermined gap with respect to the lower surface of the inner tray. It is a substantially cylindrical body having a space surrounded by a bottom part, and one end thereof is an opening, and an inner plate is placed inside the other end of the bottom part on the opposite side from the opening part. An engaging piece is provided for fixing the dish in the recess.
The engaged member is an insertion piece that extends from one end edge of a notch opening provided in the bottom surface of the inner plate storage recess toward the other end edge, and the engaging member An engaged piece is formed to engage with the piece,
By arranging the opening of the engaging member of the inner plate to face the vicinity of the tip of the inserting piece and inserting the inserting piece into the engaging member, the engaging piece and the engaged piece are engaged. The cosmetic container according to [1], wherein the inner tray is fixed in the inner tray accommodating recess of the container body.
[3] The engagement member is an insert piece formed protruding from the lower surface of the inner tray, and is inclined downwardly by 0.5 to 3 degrees from the base toward the tip with respect to the lower surface of the inner tray. The cosmetic container according to [1], which is angled at .
[4] The engaged member is an insertion piece formed on the bottom surface of the medium plate accommodating recess, and has an upward slope of 0.5 to 3 degrees from the base toward the tip with respect to the bottom surface of the medium plate accommodating recess. The cosmetic container according to [1] or [2], which is angled so as to be inclined.
[5] Near the opening edge of the notch opening in which the engaged piece is formed in the inner plate accommodation recess of the container body, a belt-like shape in plan view extending along the opening edge extends to the lower surface of the container body. The cosmetic container according to [2], in which a slit is formed.
[6] The cosmetic according to [2], wherein a predetermined region of the bottom surface of the engaging member near the portion where the engaging piece is provided is recessed and thinner than other portions. container.
[7] Of the lower surface of the inner plate, the part from the opening edge of the opening of the engaging member to the edge of the inner plate on the opposite side to the side where the engaging member is provided is more comfortable than other parts. The cosmetic container according to [2], which is also concave and has a thin wall.
[8] The cosmetic container according to [1] or [2], wherein the cosmetic container has a total thickness of 9 to 13 mm when the lid is closed.

That is, in the cosmetic container of the present invention, whereas conventionally the outer peripheral surface of the inner tray and the inner wall surface of the recess of the container body were used to engage each other, the lower surface of the inner tray and the inner wall of the container body are engaged with each other. The inner plate can be easily attached and detached in the vertical direction by using the bottom surface inside the recess.

According to this configuration, no extra space is required in the horizontal direction, and the thickness of the entire container can be reduced, so that the entire container can be constructed compactly.

In the above configuration, when the inner plate is to be removed from the container body, the inner plate can be easily removed by simply pushing upward a part of the engaging member of the inner plate exposed in the opening on the bottom surface of the container body. It has become. Therefore, the method for attaching and detaching the inner plate is easy to understand, and the consumer can easily attach and detach the inner plate by himself/herself. Moreover, unlike conventional methods, there is no need to provide a step or cutout between the inner plate and the partition wall, etc. around the inner plate storage recess on the container body side, and the upper surface of the inner plate and the upper surface of the container body are all the same. Since it can be adjusted to the same height, it gives a neat impression when the lid is opened and looks good.

In particular, in the present invention, an engaging member made of a specific substantially cylindrical body is provided on the lower surface of the inner tray, and an engaged member made of a specific insertion piece is provided on the bottom surface of the inner tray housing recess of the container body. Particularly, a container provided with a container is preferable because the thickness of the entire cosmetic container can be reduced, and the inner plate can be easily attached and detached.

In addition, in the present invention, in particular, when an insert piece is provided on the inner plate side as an engaging member, the insert piece is angled downwardly at an angle of 0.5 to 3 degrees from the base to the tip. On the other hand, when an insert piece is provided on the side of the inner plate housing recess as the engaged member, the insert piece should have an upward slope of 0.5 to 3 degrees from the base to the tip. It is preferable to set an angle to In other words, if the angle is set in this way, when the insert piece is inserted into the mating part which is a substantially cylindrical body and the inner plate is fixed, the tip of the insert piece will not touch the bottom surface of the inner plate housing recess or the lower surface of the inner plate. It is in a pressed and biased state. Therefore, when the inner plate is removed by pushing up the portion of the engaging member exposed on the lower surface of the container body, if the engagement between the two is disengaged, the inner plate will be pushed upward forcefully and the inner plate will easily come off. has.

Furthermore, in the present invention, in particular, an engaging member made of a specific substantially cylindrical body is provided on the lower surface of the inner tray, and an engaged member made of a specific insertion piece is provided on the bottom surface of the inner tray accommodating recess of the container body. In the case where a specific slit is formed together with a specific piece to be engaged, the degree of freedom of the piece to be engaged is increased by the slit, so the attachment and detachment of the inner plate is possible. can be done more smoothly.

Similarly, in particular, an engaging member made of a specific substantially cylindrical body is provided on the lower surface of the inner dish, and an engaged member made of a specific insertion piece is provided on the bottom face of the inner dish housing recess of the container body. If the engagement member on the inner plate side is provided with a specific engagement piece, and a predetermined area near the engagement member is recessed and thinner than other parts, the freedom of the engagement piece is Since the size is larger, the operation of attaching and detaching the inner plate can be performed more smoothly.

Similarly, in particular, an engaging member made of a specific substantially cylindrical body is provided on the lower surface of the inner dish, and an engaged member made of a specific insertion piece is provided on the bottom face of the inner dish housing recess of the container body. If a specific part of the lower surface of the inner plate is recessed and thinner than other parts, the tip of the insert piece, which is the member to be engaged, should be placed on this recessed part. Since the insertion piece can be guided into the engaging member while the insertion piece is inserted, the insertion operation of the insertion piece can be performed smoothly.

In particular, the cosmetic container of the present invention has a thickness of 9 to 13 mm when the lid is closed, which is convenient for carrying and storing. be.

Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.

This cosmetic container includes a container body 10 and a lid 11 that is hinged to the rear end of the container body 10, and an inner plate storage recess 12 is formed in the upper surface of the container body 10. ing. Further, a makeup mirror 13 is attached to the inside of the lid 11.

Two inner plates 20 each having two cosmetic filling recesses 21 at the front and rear are inserted into the inner plate storage recess 12 of the container body 10 in a state where they are lined up from side to side. One of the inner plates 20 is shown in a removed state).

Note that the container body 10, the lid 11, and the inner plate 20 are all made of integrally molded resin. The type of resin used as the material and the molding method are selected as appropriate, but in this example, injection molded products of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin (ABS resin) are used.

First, the container body 10 will be explained. As shown in FIG. 2, the inner plate housing recess 12 of the container body 10 has a notch opening 30 on the bottom surface 12a for removably attaching the inner plate 20, and a cantilevered insertion piece 40 (to be engaged). mating members) are provided at two locations on the left and right in accordance with the mounting position of the inner plate 20.

To explain in more detail, the notch opening 30 has a rectangular shape that extends in the front-rear direction of the container body 10 in plan view, and extends from the opening edge 30a on the front end side toward the opening edge 30b on the rear end side. , an insertion piece 40 having an inverted U-shape in plan view is extended.

As shown in FIG. 3, which is a sectional view taken along line A-A' in FIG. 2, the thickness of the insertion piece 40 is thinner than the other portions of the bottom surface 12a of the inner tray housing recess 12. Moreover, the thickness is further reduced at a boundary portion 41 where the insertion piece 40 connects to the opening edge 30a of the notch opening 30. This is done in consideration of the fact that the insertion piece 40 can easily bend up and down as shown by the arrows in the figure.

The back side of the end portions of each pair of left and right sides of the insertion piece 40 is gently tapered so that it becomes thinner toward the end. This taper is designed in consideration of ease of insertion of the insertion piece 40 into the engaging member 50 of the inner plate 20, which will be described later. The angle θ1 of the taper is preferably 5 to 20 degrees with respect to the lower surface of the insertion piece 40, and more preferably 3 to 10 degrees.

Further, the insertion piece 40 is angled slightly upwardly from its base toward its tip, so that its tip is located above the bottom surface 12a of the medium plate accommodating recess 12 in the notch opening 30. It is in a state of floating. This is so that when the inner plate 20 is fixed to this part, the lower surface of the inner plate 20 is pushed up with the tip of the insertion piece 40, and when the inner plate 20 is removed, the inner plate 20 is pushed upward. This has been taken into consideration. The angle θ2 for making the above-mentioned upward slope is preferably set to about 0.5 to 3 degrees with respect to the bottom surface 12a of the inner plate storage recess 12, and more preferably 1 to 2 degrees. .

Further, of the thin boundary portion 41 provided on the base side of the insertion piece 40, a portion sandwiched between two opposing sides of the insertion piece 40 slightly protrudes inside the notch opening 30, A stepped portion 45 is formed. This stepped portion 45 is configured to engage with a stepped portion 57 of an engaging member 50, which will be described later (see FIG. 8).

In the bottom surface 12a of the inner plate storage recess 12, an engagement member 50 of the inner plate 20, which will be described later, is provided at an opening edge 30b of the notch opening 30 on the side facing the tip of the insertion piece 40. An engaged piece 42 for engaging with the engaging piece 55 located inside the opening is formed to protrude toward the inside of the opening. Further, the lower end of the opening edge 30b on which the engaged piece 42 is formed slightly protrudes below the lower end surface of the container body 10 to form a protruding piece 42b (see FIG. 9). The width of the protruding piece 42b in the left-right direction is one size smaller than the width of the opening edge 30b in the left-right direction. The protruding thickness (vertical thickness) of this protruding piece 42b is within the range of the vertical thickness of the container supporting protrusions 80 provided at the four corners of the lower surface of the container body 10, so that the container can be stabilized. It doesn't interfere with sex.

Further, behind (near) the opening edge 30b of the notch opening 30 in which the engaged piece 42 is formed, a groove is provided that extends in the left-right direction along the opening edge 30b with a slight distance from the opening edge 30b. A slit 43 is formed that has a generally band-like shape in plan view (see FIG. 3). This slit 43 penetrates to the lower surface of the container body 10, and is designed to allow the engaged piece 42 to move back and forth easily. Note that the width of the lower opening 43a of the slit 43 increases toward the rear, so that it is easy to put a finger on the engaged piece 42 from the hinged side on the lower surface of the container body 10. It has become.

On the other hand, the inner plate 20 attached to the container body 10 is shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 5, which is a perspective view of the container turned over, an engaging member 50 for engaging with the insertion piece 40 provided on the container body 10 side is formed to protrude downward from the lower surface 20a. .

The engagement member 50 maintains a predetermined gap between a part of the lower surface 20a of the inner tray 20, a pair of side surfaces 51 hanging down from the lower surface 20a of the inner tray 20, and the lower surface 20a of the inner tray 20. It is a substantially cylindrical body having a space surrounded by a bottom part 52 that extends in parallel in the vertical direction. One end of the engaging member 50 is an opening 53, and the other end is closed by a rear surface 54.

An engagement piece 55 for engaging with the engaged piece 42 provided on the container body 10 side is formed at the end of the bottom part 52 on the back side 54 side, protruding toward the back side. ing.

Further, a band-shaped recess 56 extending in the left-right direction is provided in the vicinity of the portion of the bottom surface portion 52 where the engaging piece 55 is provided, and this portion is thinner than other portions. The presence of this band-shaped recess 56 allows the engagement piece 55 to move easily at the base portion (inner end portion of the bottom surface portion 52). Therefore, the engaging piece 55 can be smoothly engaged and disengaged from the engaged piece 42 on the container body 10 side.

Furthermore, a step portion 57 is provided at the front edge of the bottom surface portion 52 by cutting a portion of the lower surface into a concave shape (see FIG. 8). As already mentioned, this stepped portion 57 engages with the stepped portion 45 provided at the base of the insertion piece 40 on the side of the container body 10, and prevents the engaging member 50 from shifting back and forth or wobbling. This is to guide you to avoid doing so.

Then, on the lower surface 20a of the inner plate 20, from the opening edge of the opening 53 of the engaging member 50 to the edge of the inner plate 20 on the opposite side to the side where the engaging member 50 is provided. A portion (the shaded portion in FIG. 5) is recessed much thinner than the other portions to form a shallow recessed region S.

In order to accommodate the inner plate 20 in the inner plate housing recess 12 (see FIG. 1) of the container body 10, as shown in FIG. The opening 53 is opposed to the vicinity of the tip of the insertion piece 40 provided on the bottom surface 12a of the inner plate storage recess 12, and the insertion piece 40 is inserted into the inside of the engagement member 50.

When the opening 53 of the engagement member 50 faces the vicinity of the tip of the insertion piece 40, first make sure that the concave area S provided on the lower surface 20a of the inner plate 20 hits the base of the insertion piece 40. By tilting the inner plate 20 and inserting the insert piece 40 into the engaging member 50 while guiding it along the concave surface of the concave area S, a series of operations can be performed more smoothly.

By completely inserting the insertion piece 40 into the engaging member 50, as shown in FIG. Similarly, the step portion 57 provided on the bottom surface 52 of the engaging member 50 and the step portion 45 on the side of the inner plate accommodating recess 12 engage, and the engaging member 50 is moved into the inner plate accommodating recess 12. (See FIG. 8, which is an enlarged view of the portion surrounded by a virtual circle P in FIG. 7). Thereby, the inner plate 20 can be stably accommodated in the inner plate housing recess 12. At this time, within the engagement member 50, the tip of the insertion piece 40, which is inclined upward, presses and urges the lower surface 20a of the inner tray 20.

When taking out the inner plate 20 accommodated in the inner plate storage recess 12, the bottom surface portion 52 of the engaging member 50 exposed in the notch opening 30 is engaged on the lower surface side of the container main body 10. By pushing up the side where the mating piece 55 is provided and disengaging the engagement piece 55 from the engaged piece 42 on the side of the medium plate storage recess 12, the medium plate storage recess 20 can be easily removed. be able to.

Note that when pushing up the bottom surface portion 52 of the engaging member 50, the protruding piece 42b that slightly protrudes downward from the lower surface of the container body 10 is pushed inside the notch opening 30, as shown by the thick arrow in FIG. It is preferable to push up the bottom surface portion 52 while doing so, as this makes it easier to disengage the two from each other.

In this manner, according to the cosmetic container, the inner tray 20 can be easily removed by simply pushing upward the bottom surface portion 52 of the engaging member 50 exposed on the lower surface side of the container body 10. Unlike the conventional method of engagement using the sides of the inner plate and the container body, the inner plate 20 can be easily attached and detached for consumers, making it convenient to use.

Moreover, since the inner plate 20 and the container main body 10 are engaged without creating any unevenness on the sides of each other, no extra space is required in the horizontal direction of the container, and the peripheral walls of the container main body 10 and the inner plate 20 are Since the thickness can be reduced, it has the advantage that the entire structure can be made compact. Incidentally, in this example, the total thickness of the inner plate 20 in the height direction is 3 mm, the thickness of the engaging member 50 in the height direction is 2 mm, and the total thickness of the cosmetic container is 11 mm, making the container thin and compact as a whole. can do.

Unlike conventional methods, there is no need to provide a step or a notch for taking out the inner plate 20 around the inner plate storage recess 12 of the container body 10 or on the partition wall, so that the upper surface of the inner plate 20 and the container body are removed. 10 can all be aligned at the same height, and when the lid body 11 is opened, it has the advantage of giving a neat impression and looking good.

In the above example, the slit 43 was provided in the bottom surface 12a of the inner plate accommodation recess 12 of the container body 10 in order to increase the degree of freedom of the engaged piece 42, but the shape of the engaged piece 42 and the container body Depending on the flexibility of the resin 10, the slit 43 is not necessarily required. However, when providing the slit 43, considering its effect, the width of the slit 43 (indicated by W in FIG. 3) is preferably 1 to 2 mm, and more preferably 1 to 1.3 mm. . It is preferable that the length of the slit 43 in the left-right direction (indicated by L in FIG. 2) is slightly longer than the notch width of the notch opening 30. Further, the distance between the slit 43 and the opening edge 30b of the notch opening 30 (indicated by Y in FIG. 3) is preferably 1 to 2 mm, particularly 1 to 1.3 mm. is more preferable.

Further, in the above example, in the engagement member 50 on the side of the inner plate 20, the band-shaped recess 56 extending in the left-right direction was provided in the vicinity of the portion of the bottom surface portion 52 where the engagement piece 55 is provided. Depending on the shape of the joint piece 55 and the material of this inner plate 20, this is not necessarily necessary. However, when the band-shaped recess 56 is provided, the depth of the recess is usually set to 1/2 to 1/8 of the total thickness of the bottom surface 52, although it depends on the arrangement of the band-shaped recess 56. Preferably (in this example, the thickness of the bottom portion 52 is 2 mm, and the depth of the band-shaped recess 56 is 0.3 mm).

Furthermore, in the same manner, a step portion 57 is provided on the front edge of the bottom surface portion 52, and a step portion 45 is provided on the insertion piece 40 on the side of the container body 10 so that the two engage with each other. It is not necessary if the However, in order to attach the inner plate 20 in a more stable state, it is preferable to provide stepped portions 57 and 45 to engage the two.

Further, in the above example, a recessed area S that is very thinner than other parts is formed in a portion of the lower surface 20a of the inner plate 20 from the opening 53 of the engaging member 50 to the edge of the inner plate 20. However, this recessed region S is not necessarily necessary. However, as described above, if the insertion piece 40 on the container body 10 side is inserted into the engaging member 50 while being aligned with the recessed area S, a series of operations can be performed smoothly. Furthermore, if the recessed area S is present, the vertical gap on the lower surface 20a of the inner plate 20, which is inserted into the inner plate storage recess 12 in an inclined position, will be widened by the amount of the recessed area S. 40 can easily enter into the opening 53 of the engagement member 50 (see FIG. 6).

In the above example, the bottom surface portion 52 of the engaging member 50 is configured so that the inner tray 20 can be placed in a stable state when the inner tray 20 is placed on a horizontal surface or when filled with cosmetics. The proportion occupied by the lower surface 20a of the inner plate 20 is made relatively large. Incidentally, if the area of the lower surface 20a of the inner plate 20 (projected area on a horizontal plane excluding unevenness) is 1, the area of the lower surface of the bottom part 52 (projected area on a horizontal plane excluding unevenness) is 1/10 to 1. It is preferable to set it to about /6. If the above ratio is too small, the bottom will wobble and become unstable when the cosmetic is filled into the inner tray 20, which is not preferable. On the other hand, if it is too large, the overall weight of the container becomes heavy and material costs increase, which is not preferable.

In addition, in the above series of examples, the engagement member 50, which is a substantially cylindrical body, is provided on the inner plate 20 side, and the insertion piece 40 is provided as an engaged member on the bottom surface of the inner plate accommodation recess 12 of the container body 10. , an insertion piece is provided that cantilevers from the lower surface of the inner plate 20 and extends in the surface direction, and a substantially cylindrical body (an engaged member ) may be provided.

In that case, it is desirable to provide a frame on the lower surface 20a of the inner plate 20 around the insertion piece for stably placing the inner plate 20 thereon. That is, the inside of this frame corresponds to the notch opening 30 in the above example (see FIG. 2).

Then, a space for holding the insert piece is formed in the bottom surface 12a of the inner tray storage recess 12 by utilizing its thickness, and a part of the bottom surface 12a is penetrated to the lower surface of the container body 10, so that It is preferable to expose the insertion piece on the inner plate 20 side from the opening.

The present invention is characterized by the attachment/detachment structure between the inner tray 20 and the container main body 10, and if there is this characteristic structure, the shape of the inner tray 20 and the overall shape of the cosmetic container can also be changed. It is not limited. However, one feature of the cosmetic container of the present invention is that it can be made thin as a whole, and is preferably applied to a container having a total thickness of 9 to 13 mm, for example.
