A first embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, in the fence mounting structure 1 of the first embodiment, the new fence 3 is arranged outside the site where the existing fence 2 is installed. A fence 10 is constructed by attaching a new fence to the existing fence 2. The front side of FIG. 1 shows the outside of the site, and the back side shows the inside of the site. In this specification, across the boundary between the site and the outside of the site separated by the fence 10, the site side is referred to as the inside, and the side opposite to the site is referred to as the outside. Outside the site, for example, a road surface, another owner's site, etc. are arranged. The thickness direction of the fence 10 means the inside and outside directions of the site. The fence mounting structure 1 has an existing fence 2, a new fence 3, and a connecting portion 4.

The existing fence 2 is installed so as to demarcate an outdoor area, and has columns 21, vertical bars 22, and horizontal bars 23. The post 21 is a long member in the shape of a rectangular tube that is fixed to the installation surface 24 and extends vertically. The installation surface 24 is the upper surface of the base of the fence to which the posts 21 are fixed. The installation surface 24 is formed above the ground in this embodiment. Each of the vertical reinforcements 22 and the horizontal reinforcements 23 is a streak-shaped metal having an outer diameter smaller than that of the struts 21 . The vertical stripes 22 extend in the vertical direction, and the horizontal stripes 23 extend in the horizontal direction when the fence 10 is viewed from the front. The vertical reinforcements 22 and the horizontal reinforcements 23 are arranged in a grid pattern and supported by the struts 21 .

The new fence 3 is a separate member from the existing fence 2 . The new fence 3 has a frame portion 31 and a panel portion 32 . The frame portion 31 includes a pair of vertical frames 311 extending vertically at both ends of the new fence 3 in the horizontal direction when viewed from the front, and horizontal frames 312 connecting the pair of vertical frames 311 at the upper and lower ends of the pair of vertical frames. and generally form a generally rectangular rim. The lower horizontal frame 312 constitutes the lower end of the new fence 3 , and the lower end of the new fence 3 is supported by the installation surface 24 of the existing fence 2 . The panel portion 32 is formed by arranging thin rectangular plates 321 whose longitudinal direction extends in the horizontal direction side by side in the vertical direction. A gap 322 is formed between the plates 321 and 321 . Since the panel part 32 is formed by arranging the boards 321, when the newly installed fence 3 is attached to the existing grid fence 2, it becomes difficult to see the inside of the site from the outside.

The connection part 4 is a metal fitting that connects and fixes the existing fence 2 and the new fence 3 . The connection portion 4 has a concave member 41 , an existing fence support portion 42 , a first fixing portion 431 and a second fixing portion 432 .

As shown in FIG. 2 , the recessed member 41 opens toward the left and right ends of the new fence 3 when viewed from the front. The concave member 41 has a pair of fence connecting surfaces 411 and a connecting portion 412 .

As shown in FIG. 2, one of the pair of fence connection surfaces 411 extends along the front surface 3a of the new fence 3 and the other extends along the back surface 3b of the new fence 3, and has a predetermined interval. are placed opposite each other. The front side 3a and the back side 3b are the outside of the site, and the back side is the inside of the site. A new fence 3 is arranged between a pair of fence connecting surfaces 411 . The pair of fence connecting surfaces 411 has a substantially rectangular plate-like shape. The pair of fence connection surfaces 411 are formed with threaded holes through which screws are inserted.

The connecting portion 412 connects the pair of fence connecting surfaces 411 . Specifically, the connecting portion 412 extends along the thickness direction of the fence 10 and connects the outer ends in the left-right direction of the fence 10 on the pair of fence connecting surfaces. The connecting portion 412 has a substantially rectangular plate-like shape with dimensions larger in length and width than each of the fence connection surfaces 411 . The dimension in the thickness direction of the connecting portion 412 is larger than the dimension in the thickness direction of the vertical frame 311 of the new fence 3 . As shown in FIG. 2 , the lateral ends of the new fence 3 , that is, the pair of vertical frames 311 are arranged in the opening of the concave member 41 .

As shown in FIG. 4B , the existing fence support portion 42 is a vertically long plate, and the vertical and horizontal dimensions are smaller than the fence connection surface 411 of the concave member 41 . As shown in FIG. 2 , the existing fence support portion 42 supports the existing fence 2 by sandwiching it with one of the fence connection surfaces 411 of the pair of fence connection surfaces 411 . Specifically, the existing fence support portion 42 is fixed in contact with the existing fence 2 at a position facing one of the pair of fence connection surfaces 411 . Here, one fence connection surface 411 is the fence connection surface 411 arranged on the back surface 3 b side of the existing fence 2 . The existing fence support portion 42 is formed with screw holes through which the pair of fixing portions 43 are inserted.

The pair of fixing portions 43 are configured by bolts having shaft heads and shaft portions. The pair of fixing parts 43 has a first fixing part 431 and a second fixing part 432 . As shown in FIG. 3, the pair of fixing parts 43 are arranged so as to sandwich the horizontal ribs 23 from above and below. The pair of fixing portions 43 penetrates the existing fence support portion 42 and penetrates both of the pair of fence connection surfaces 411 . By penetrating through both fence connection surfaces 411, the vertical frame 311 of the new fence 3 is also penetrated, and the existing fence 2 and the new fence 3 are firmly fixed.

The first fixing portion 431 penetrates and fixes the existing fence 2 , the new fence 3 , the pair of fence connection surfaces 411 of the concave member 41 and the existing fence support portion 42 . As shown in FIG. 3 , the first fixing portion 431 is placed on the horizontal reinforcement 23 of the existing fence 2 and locked to be fixed.

The second fixing portion 432 penetrates and fixes the existing fence 2 , the new fence 3 , the pair of fence connecting surfaces 411 of the concave member 41 and the existing fence support portion 42 . The second fixing part 432 has the same shape as the first fixing part 431 and is arranged below the first fixing part 431 . The second fixing portion 432 is fixed to the first fixing portion 431 with the horizontal ribs 23 arranged therebetween.

FIG. 4A is a diagram of the fence connection surface 411 viewed from the surface 3a side of the new fence 3. FIG. On the fence connection surface 411 on the surface 3a side, shaft heads of a first fixing portion 431 and a second fixing portion 432, which will be described later, are arranged. FIG. 4B is a diagram of the fence connection surface 411 viewed from the rear surface 3b side of the new fence 3. As shown in FIG. The existing fence support part 42 is arranged inside the site of the fence connection surface 411 on the back surface 3b side. The ends of the shaft portions of the first fixing portion 431 and the second fixing portion 432 pass through the fence connection surface 411 and the existing fence support portion 42 and are fastened with nuts 46 . FIG. 4C is a side view of the concave member 41, the existing fence support portion 42, the first fixing portion 431 and the second fixing portion 432. FIG.

At least one horizontal reinforcement 23 may be arranged between the first fixing portion 431 and the second fixing portion 432 . For example, as shown in FIG. 3, in this embodiment, the existing fence 2 has portions that curve outward on the upper and lower ends of the site. Two horizontal ribs 23 are arranged between the first fixing portion 431 and the second fixing portion 432 on the upper end side of the existing fence 2 . Two horizontal ribs 23 are sandwiched between the first fixing portion 431 and the second fixing portion 432 . On the other hand, on the lower end side of the existing fence 2 , one horizontal reinforcement 23 is arranged between the first fixing portion 431 and the second fixing portion 432 . As long as the horizontal ribs 23 are placed between the upper and lower portions of the pair of fixing portions 43, the pair of fixing portions 43 and the horizontal bars 23 need not be held in contact with each other. By locking the first fixing portion 431 on the horizontal reinforcement 23 , the recessed member 41 and the existing fence support portion 42 are fixed with the existing fence 2 sandwiched therebetween. Since the first fixing portion 431 and the second fixing portion 432 are fixed at two points above and below, the connection is strong.

According to the first embodiment, the following effects are achieved. A fence mounting structure 1 is configured such that a new fence 3 is mounted on an existing fence 2 formed by assembling vertical reinforcements 22 and horizontal reinforcements 23 in a grid pattern. The fence mounting structure 1 is composed of a pair of fence connecting surfaces 411 facing each other with a predetermined interval, a connecting portion 412 connecting the pair of fence connecting surfaces 411, and one fence connecting surface of the pair of fence connecting surfaces 411. 411 and an existing fence supporting part 42 for sandwiching and supporting the existing fence 2, and the horizontal reinforcement 23 are arranged so as to sandwich from above and below, and are fixed to the pair of fence connection surfaces 411 through the existing fence supporting part 42. and a pair of fixing portions 43 . A pair of fixing portions 43 and a fence connection surface 411 are fixed to the existing fence 2 via the existing fence support portion 42 . Therefore, by fixing the fence connection surface 411 to the new fence 3, the existing fence 2 and the new fence 3 can be connected and the fence 10 can be installed without removing or partially replacing the existing fence. Therefore, the new fence 3 can be easily added without requiring large-scale construction or large costs. By adding a new fence 3 to the existing fence 2, it is possible to blindfold the site with a plate-shaped panel so that the inside of the site is difficult to see, or to enclose the site with a new fence 3 with a desired design. Increased convenience.

According to this embodiment, the new fence 3 is arranged outside the site where the existing fence 2 is installed, and arranged between the pair of fence connecting surfaces 411 . By arranging the new fence 3 outside the existing fence 2, the appearance when viewed from the outside is improved. At this time, since the new fence 3 is arranged between the pair of fence connecting surfaces 411, the gap between the existing fence 2 and the new fence 3 can be reduced. Since it is often the outside of the existing fence 2, the road surface, or another person's site, the area of the structure protruding outside the site can be reduced by reducing the gap between the existing fence 2 and the new fence 3.

According to this embodiment, the lower end of the new fence 3 is supported by the installation surface 24 on which the existing fence 2 is installed. Since the load of the new fence 3 itself is supported by the installation surface 24 only by connecting the new fence 3 to the existing fence 2 in the thickness direction of the fence 10, the structural strength of the fence mounting structure 1 can be obtained sufficiently. can be done. Therefore, it becomes possible to secure safety and durability while facilitating the work of attaching the new fence 3 to the existing fence.

The present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and includes modifications, improvements, and the like within a range that can achieve the purpose of the present disclosure. In the fence mounting structure 1A of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the fence 10A is configured by arranging the new fence 3 inside the site where the existing fence 2 is installed. As shown in FIG. 6, the concave member 41 is connected with one of the pair of fence connection surfaces 411 contacting and connected to the existing fence 2 and the other contacting and connecting the vertical frame 311 of the new fence 3 . be. In this state, the shaft heads of the first fixing part 431 and the second fixing part 432 are arranged inside the premises, and the shaft parts extend from the inside of the premises to the outside of the premises. The first fixing part 431 and the second fixing part 432 pass through the existing fence 2 , the new fence 3 , the pair of fence connection surfaces 411 and the existing fence support part 42 , and connect and fix the new fence 3 to the existing fence 2 .

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, when the new fence 3 is arranged inside the existing fence 2, since the posts 21 of the existing fence 2 protrude, the grid of the vertical and horizontal bars 22 and 23 of the existing fence 2 is not formed. There is a part where the newly installed fence 3 cannot be attached directly. Here, the dimension T1 in the thickness direction connecting the outer side surfaces of the pair of fence connection surfaces 411 is configured to be larger than the dimension T2 in the thickness direction of the post 21 . It should be noted that the phantom lines around the struts 21 shown in FIG. 6 are the lines of the end caps located on top of the struts. With this configuration, one side of the fence connection surface 411 is fixed inside the existing fence 2 and the other side of the fence connection surface 411 is fixed to the new fence 3 via the connecting portion 412, whereby the new fence 3 are separated from the existing fence 2 by a dimension T1 in the thickness direction connecting the outer surfaces of the pair of fence connection surfaces 411 . A dimension T2 in the thickness direction of the post 21 is smaller than a dimension T1 connecting the outer surfaces of the pair of fence connection surfaces 411 . Therefore, the new fence 3 can be arranged inside the existing fence without intervening extra parts other than the connecting part 4.

According to the second embodiment, the new fence 3 can be seen when the outside of the premises is viewed from a building within the premises. Also, even if the new fence 3 is installed avoiding the posts 21 of the existing fence 2, there is no concern that the structure will protrude outside the site because the new fence 3 is located within the site.

In the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which the pair of fixing portions 43 are fixed to both of the pair of fence connecting surfaces 411 has been described. However, the pair of fixing portions 43 may pass through the existing fence support portion 42 and be fixed to at least one side of the fence connection surface 411 . Fixing to the other fence connection surface may be performed by other means such as engagement or fitting, or another bolt or the like may be used.
