Abstract
Description
本出願は、2018年9月13日に出願された、「MULTIFOCAL INTRAOCULAR LENS」と題する、米国仮特許出願第62/730,769号の優先権の利益を主張し、その内容は参照によりそれらの全体が本明細書に組み込まれる。
回折面が、ステップ間で回折プロファイルを不変に維持するように設計された回折ステップを含み、回折ステップが、IOLのベース曲率の部分的に内側および部分的に外側にある。
いくつかの実施形態では、回折同心リングが、回折プロファイルの反復パターンを含む。いくつかの実施形態では、プロファイルは非対称である。
1.回折ステップの設計は、ステップ間の回折プロファイルを変更しない。これにより、距離のコントラストを失うことなく、近焦点距離に、任意のパワーが加わったより効率的な多焦点IOLを有することが可能になる。
2.回折ステップの設計により、回折にとって理想的な状態である、光線をステップと平行にすることが可能になる。
Claims (16)
- 複数の離散した隣接する回折同心フレネルゾーンを含む少なくとも1つの回折面を備える多焦点眼内レンズ(IOL)であって、
前記少なくとも1つの回折面は、3つより多くの連続する回折次数にわたるエネルギー流束の非対称分布を生成し、
前記3つより多くの連続する回折次数は、前記多焦点IOLの遠焦点を提供する、前記3つより多くの連続する回折次数のうち最も低い回折次数、前記多焦点IOLの近焦点を提供する、前記3つより多くの連続する回折次数のうち最も高い回折次数、および、前記多焦点IOLの第1の中間焦点を提供する屈折次数0を備える視力生成次数を含み、
前記フレネルゾーンは、第1の回折プロファイルの反復パターンを有する第1のゾーンを備え、
前記第1のゾーンによって生成される3つより多くの連続する回折次数は、前記視力生成次数に加え、第1の抑制された次数から成る抑制された次数を備える、
多焦点IOL。 - 前記3つより多くの連続する回折次数は、奇数個の回折次数から成る、請求項1に記載の多焦点IOL。
- 前記第1の回折プロファイルは非対称である、請求項1に記載の多焦点IOL。
- 前記第1の回折プロファイルは、非対称の二重ピーク形状を有する、請求項1に記載の多焦点IOL。
- 前記第1の回折プロファイルは、ほぼ対称的な局所回折面トポグラフィを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の多焦点IOL。
- 前記少なくとも1つの回折面は回折ステップを備える、請求項1に記載の多焦点IOL。
- 前記回折ステップは、前記多焦点IOLのベース曲率の部分的に内側および部分的に外側にある、請求項6に記載の多焦点IOL。
- 前記多焦点IOLの厚さは可変であり、前記多焦点IOLの曲率は前記回折ステップの間に維持される、請求項6に記載の多焦点IOL。
- 前記多焦点IOLの厚さは可変であり、前記多焦点IOLの曲率は前記回折ステップの間に可変である、請求項6に記載の多焦点IOL。
- 前記多焦点IOLは、前記3つより多くの連続する回折次数において90%よりも大きい効率を有する、請求項2に記載の多焦点IOL。
- 前記効率は少なくとも93%である、請求項10に記載の多焦点IOL。
- 前記フレネルゾーンは、前記第1のゾーンの周辺にあり、かつ第2の回折プロファイルの反復パターンを有する第2のゾーンをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の多焦点IOL。
- 前記第2のゾーンによって生成される3つより多くの連続する回折次数は、前記視力生成次数に加え、前記第1の抑制された次数を備える、請求項12に記載の多焦点IOL。
- 前記3つより多くの連続する回折次数は、1つ以上の第2の抑制された次数をさらに備える、請求項13に記載の多焦点IOL。
- 前記第2の回折プロファイルは、ほぼ対称的な局所回折面トポグラフィを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の多焦点IOL。
- 前記第2のゾーンの回折面トポグラフィの高さは、前記多焦点IOLの中心高さに対して径方向外向きに前進するときに一定に維持される、請求項12に記載の多焦点IOL。
