本発明の飲料用演出グラスは、水平方向に湾曲した上部開口を有する有底の筒状体であるグラス本体と、平坦な板状の振動板と、前記グラス本体にスピーカーを固定する固定機構とを備えており、前記固定機構は前記スピーカーを前記振動板方向に向けた状態で、且つ前記振動板との距離を可変な状態で前記振動板の近傍に固定し、前記振動板は前記グラス本体の側面に位置すると共に前記スピーカーから出た音の振動を前記グラス本体に伝搬させるものであり、前記スピーカーから出た音が前記振動板を振動させ、前記振動板の振動が前記グラス本体に伝搬され前記グラス本体に伝搬された前記振動が前記グラス本体の内壁面と前記上部開口と前記グラス本体内の飲料の表面とで囲まれる空間に伝搬され前記空間で前記振動が共振又は共鳴することで前記音を増幅させると共に、前記飲料の表面の高さを調節することにより前記グラス本体の共振周波数を変えて前記音を変え、更に前記スピーカーと前記振動板との距離を変えることで前記音のボリュームを変えることを特徴とする。
また、前記上部開口の径が前記グラス本体の底面の径に比して大きいことを特徴とする。
また、前記振動板と前記グラス本体は音響インピーダンスが同じ材料を用いていることを特徴とする。
また、前記グラス本体の材料の音響インピーダンスが水の音響インピーダンスよりも高いことを特徴とする。

前記振動板は前記グラス本体の側面と少なくとも一箇所は連結されており、
前記固定機構は前記スピーカーを前記振動板方向に向けた状態で前記振動板の近傍に固定し、
前記スピーカーから出た音が前記振動板を振動し、
前記振動板の振動が前記グラス本体に伝搬し、
前記振動が前記グラス本体の内壁面と飲料の間の空間に伝搬し、
前記空間で前記振動が共振することを特徴とする飲料用演出グラス。
