Claims (5)
- 複数の燃料電池ユニットと、
冷却器と、
制御器と、
を備えており、
夫々の前記燃料電池ユニットは、
燃料電池スタックと、
前記冷却器から前記燃料電池スタックへ冷媒を送る供給路と、
前記燃料電池スタックを通過した前記冷媒を前記冷却器へ戻す復路と、
前記復路と前記供給路を接続しており、前記復路の前記冷媒を前記供給路へ戻す環流路と、
前記復路を流れる前記冷媒の流れ先を前記冷却器と前記環流路のいずれかに設定する切換弁と、
前記供給路と前記環流路の合流点の上流側で前記供給路の前記冷媒の温度を計測する第1温度センサと、
前記合流点の下流側で前記供給路の前記冷媒の温度を計測する第2温度センサと、
前記復路の前記冷媒の温度を計測する第3センサと、
を備えており、
前記制御器は、複数の前記燃料電池ユニットの前記第1温度センサの計測値が異なっていたら、前記第1温度センサの異常を通知する、燃料電池システム。 - 前記制御器は、複数の前記第1温度センサの計測値が一致していた場合、夫々の前記燃料電池ユニットにおいて前記環流路に前記冷媒が流れないように前記切換弁を制御し、前記第1温度センサと前記第2温度センサの計測値が異なっていたら、前記第2温度センサの異常を通知する、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記制御器は、夫々の前記燃料電池ユニット内の前記第1温度センサと前記第2温度センサの計測値が一致していた場合、夫々の前記燃料電池ユニットにおいて、前記第2温度センサの計測値と前記燃料電池スタックの出力から前記燃料電池スタック出口における前記冷媒の推定温度を算出し、前記第3温度センサの計測値と前記推定温度が異なっていたら、前記第3温度センサの異常を通知する、請求項2に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記制御器は、夫々の前記燃料電池ユニットにおいて、前記第2温度センサまたは前記第3温度センサの計測値をチェックしている間、前記燃料電池スタックへ前記冷媒を送るポンプを最大出力で駆動する、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記制御器は、複数の前記燃料電池ユニットの前記第1温度センサの計測値が一致していた場合、
(1)特定の前記燃料電池ユニットを停止し、
(2)目標出力を実現するように残りの前記燃料電池ユニットを稼働し、
(3)特定の前記燃料電池ユニットの前記第1温度センサと前記第2温度センサと前記温度センサの計測値を比較し、他の2個の計測値と異なる計測値を出力した温度センサの異常を通知する、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム。
