Abstract
Description
SZpd/SEpd=c*(Pave)/(ASpot*τPuls*frep)
(ここで、SZpdは、2光子吸収事象の検出に基づく第2の検出信号の時間的平均値を表し、SEpdは、単一光子吸収事象の検出に基づく第1の検出信号の時間的平均値を表し、かつcは比例定数を表す)が、第2の検出信号および第1の検出信号の商に当てはまる。項(Pave)/(ASpot*τPuls*frep)はピーク強度に比例するので、SZpdとSEpdとの商に対して、レーザ照射のピーク強度に対する比例関係が得られる。一定の繰り返し数frepおよび一定の平均パワーPaveを仮定すると、SZpdとSEpdとの商の変動は、それに応じて、パルス幅τPulsまたは/およびスポットサイズASpotの変動に遡ることができ、スポットサイズASpotは集束性の尺度を表す。

Claims (10)
- パルスレーザビームの発生源と、
対応する検出信号の照射エネルギー取り出しおよび提供によって前記レーザビームから生成された複数の部分ビームの光検出のための検出器システムと、
前記検出信号の評価のために前記検出器システムに連結された評価ユニットであって、前記検出信号の第1の検出信号が単一光子吸収に基づき、かつ前記検出信号の第2の検出信号が2光子吸収に基づく、前記評価ユニットと
を備える、材料処理用のレーザ装置。 - 前記評価ユニットが、前記第1の検出信号および前記第2の検出信号の測定値を互いの比率にするように構成される、請求項1に記載のレーザ装置。
- 前記評価ユニットが、前記第2の検出信号の測定値を前記第1の検出信号の測定値で除算するように構成される、請求項2に記載のレーザ装置。
- 前記評価ユニットが、前記第1の検出信号および前記第2の検出信号の測定値によって定められる実際の状態が目標状態から所定の態様で逸脱している事実に応じて少なくとも1つの所定の反応をもたらすように構成される、制御ユニットの一部である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの所定の反応が、前記発生源の動作停止または/およびメッセージの出力を含む、請求項4に記載のレーザ装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの所定の反応が、前記制御ユニットによる、前記レーザビームのパルス幅に影響を及ぼす前記レーザ装置の構成要素、特に制御可能なパルス圧縮器の制御を含む、請求項4または5に記載のレーザ装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの所定の反応が、前記制御ユニットによる、前記レーザビームの波面に影響を及ぼす前記レーザ装置の構成要素、特に制御可能な波長板配置の制御を含む、請求項4~6のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ装置。
- 処理すべき物体上に前記レーザビームを集束させるための集束光学系と、
前記レーザビームの焦点位置の前記空間的制御のための焦点制御装置であって、前記焦点制御装置が、発生源と集束光学系との間の前記レーザビームの前記ビーム経路内に配置された、前記焦点位置の前記空間的横方向制御のための少なくとも1つの横方向制御素子を備え、前記部分ビームの少なくとも1つについて前記レーザビームから照射エネルギーが取り出される、取り出し点が、前記発生源と前記少なくとも1つの横方向制御要素との間の前記レーザビームの前記ビーム経路内に配置される、前記焦点制御装置と
を更に備える、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ装置。 - 前記発生源と前記少なくとも1つの横方向制御素子との間の前記レーザビームの前記ビーム経路内に配置されたビーム拡大光学系であって、前記取り出し点が、前記発生源と前記ビーム拡大光学系との間の前記レーザビームの前記ビーム経路内に配置される、前記ビーム拡大光学系を更に備える、請求項8に記載のレーザ装置。
- 2光子吸収の原理に従って作用する前記検出器システムの検出器素子上に前記部分ビームの1つを集束させるための集束レンズを更に備える、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のレーザ装置。
