(Step of preparing the first member and the second member)
As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, a
The plurality of
The
Meanwhile, as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1C, a
The plurality of
In the example shown in FIGS. 1A and 1C, the
(Step of joining the first joint portion and the second joint portion under the first joining condition)
Next, as shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the first
In the first bonding condition, for example, heat is applied to the
Before the first
In this step, the surfaces of the first
(Step of Evaluating Electrical Characteristics of First Element)
Next, as shown in FIG. 3, power is supplied to the plurality of
(Step of removing the first element determined to be defective from the wiring board)
Next, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, by separating the first
When the
The
(Step of contacting the third joint and the second joint)
Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the
Next, the
The
Also, the
(Step of bonding under second bonding conditions)
Next, as shown in FIG. 7, a
The bonding between the
For example, in the second bonding condition, it is preferable to set the temperature to 200 degrees or more and 300 degrees or less. For example, the temperature of the second bonding condition is 200 degrees. Moreover, in the second bonding condition, it is preferable that the load applied to the
As a result, the first
In addition, in the process of evaluating the electrical characteristics of the

As shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B, the

Next, the effects of this embodiment will be described.
In the present embodiment, as the first bonding step, after bonding the
Thereby, in the first bonding step, the plurality of
Moreover, in this embodiment, the first bonding process is performed under the first bonding conditions, and the second bonding process is performed under the second bonding conditions. At least one of temperature and load is higher in the second bonding condition than in the first bonding condition. As a result, in the bonding step under the first bonding condition, the
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, by heating the
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the first joint 13, the second joint 22 and the third joint 16 contain gold. In the first joining step, the gold-containing portion of the first
In the present embodiment, in the step of removing the
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, ultrasonic waves are not applied in the first and second bonding steps. As a result, positional deviation of the
After bringing the third

<Modification of First Embodiment>
FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing a method of manufacturing a light emitting device according to this modification.
In this modified example, only parts different from the first embodiment will be described. Methods other than those described below in this modified example are the same as those in the first embodiment. The same applies to second and third embodiments to be described later.
First, the steps shown in FIGS. 1A to 3 are performed.
Next, as shown in FIG. 9, a
Then, the
After that, the steps shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 are performed.
According to this modification, the

In this embodiment, XYZ orthogonal coordinates are used for convenience of explanation. The longitudinal direction of the
Moreover, a
The

As shown in FIG. 13, the

At this time, as described in the first embodiment, the
Next, a
Next, a semi-cured

<First Modification of Second Embodiment>
In the first modified example of the second embodiment, the configuration of the light-emitting element is different from that of the second embodiment.
FIG. 17 is a top view showing a light emitting element in this modified example.
FIG. 18 is a cross-sectional view along line XVIII--XVIII shown in FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, in the light-emitting
In plan view, the shape of the
In this modification,
<Second Modification of Second Embodiment>
The second modification of the second embodiment also differs from the above-described second embodiment in the configuration of the light-emitting element.
FIG. 19 is a top view showing a light emitting element in this modified example.
As shown in FIG. 19, in the
In plan view, the shape of the
<Third Embodiment>
The third embodiment is also an example of manufacturing a light-emitting module using the method for manufacturing a light-emitting device according to the first embodiment.
First, the configuration of the light emitting module according to this embodiment will be described.
FIG. 20A is a top view showing the light emitting module according to this embodiment.
FIG. 20B is a partially enlarged top view showing one wavelength conversion member.
Also in this embodiment, the XYZ orthogonal coordinate system is adopted as in the second embodiment.
As shown in FIGS. 20A and 20B, a
On the upper surface of the
波長変換部材214は、例えば、蛍光体としてYAG(Yttrium Aluminum Garnet:イットリウム・アルミニウム・ガーネット)を含む板状の部材である。
A
A
The number of
Next, a method for manufacturing the light-emitting module according to this embodiment will be described.
As shown in FIGS. 20A and 20B, a
At this time, as described in the first embodiment, the light-emitting
