Claims (15)
- 訓練された分類装置において関心血管の複数の取得画像を有する診断画像データを受信するステップであって、前記診断画像データは、所定の取得方法を使用して取得されている、ステップと、
前記複数の取得画像のうちの少なくとも1つの取得画像から前記関心血管の少なくとも1つの定量的特徴を抽出するように前記診断画像データを分類するステップと、
前記診断画像データの取得が依然として進行中である間に、前記少なくとも1つの取得画像に関連する前記関心血管の前記少なくとも1つの定量的特徴を出力するステップと、
前記診断画像データの取得を最適化するために、前記少なくとも1つの定量的特徴に基づいて1つ又は複数の調整可能な画像取得設定を調整するステップと、
を有する診断画像データを分析する方法。 - 前記1つ又は複数の調整可能な画像取得設定を調整するステップは、
前記診断画像データの既に取得された部分が少なくとも1つの所定の信頼性基準を満たすと決定された場合に、前記診断画像データの取得を早期に終了するステップ、
を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記1つ又は複数の調整可能な取得設定を調整するステップは、
前記診断画像データにおける前記関心血管の可視性を改善するように画像取得軌道を調整するステップ、
を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記1つ又は複数の調整可能な取得設定を調整するステップは、
画像取得中に前記関心血管への造影剤注入速度、
を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記所定の取得方法に従って前記関心血管の訓練画像データを取得し、前記訓練画像データから前記少なくとも1つの定量的特徴を抽出するステップと、
前記分類装置のために少なくとも1つの訓練データセットを生成するステップであって、前記訓練データセットは、前記少なくとも1つの定量的特徴に関連する前記訓練画像データを有する、ステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの訓練データセットを使用して前記分類装置を訓練するステップと、
を更に有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記訓練画像データは、前記所定の取得方法に従って画像取得をシミュレートすることによって生成されたシミュレートされた訓練画像データを有し、前記シミュレートは、
前記関心血管の少なくとも1つの三次元幾何学モデルを取得するステップと、
前記関心血管のための少なくとも1つの二次元背景画像を取得するステップと、
少なくとも1つの造影剤流体パラメータに基づいて前記患者の血管系を通る造影剤流体力学をシミュレートするステップと、
を有する、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記シミュレートするステップは、
変形平行移動及び回転データを取得するステップと、
前記平行移動及び回転データに基づいて前記シミュレートされた訓練画像データを増強するステップと、

追加の患者データを受信するステップと、
前記追加の患者データに従って前記少なくとも1つの訓練データセットを調整するステップと、
を更に有する、請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの定量的特徴が、前記患者の血管系内の血管の血管ラベル並びに/又は前記患者の血管系内の血管の血管長並びに/又は前記患者の血管系内の血管内の病変の重症度並びに/又は前記患者の血管系内の血管の血管直径並びに/又は前記患者の血管系内の病変及び/若しくは血管の可視性スコア並びに/又は前記複数の取得画像及び/若しくは心筋濃染値の少なくとも1つに対する完全性スコアのうち1つまたは複数を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの定量的特徴を更なる評価のために出力するステップが、
前記少なくとも1つの定量的特徴をユーザに表示するステップ、及び/又は
報告エンティティに自動報告するための所定のフォーマットにおいて前記少なくとも1つの定量的特徴を出力するステップ、
を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 関心血管の複数の取得画像を含む診断画像データを受信し、前記診断画像データは、所定の取得方法を使用して取得され、
前記複数の取得画像のうちの少なくとも1つの取得画像から前記関心血管の少なくとも1つの定量的特徴を抽出するように前記診断画像データを分類し、
前記診断画像データの取得が依然として進行中である間に、前記少なくとも1つの取得画像に関連する前記関心血管の少なくとも1つの定量的特徴を出力する、
ように構成された訓練された分類装置と、
前記診断画像データの取得を最適化するために、前記少なくとも1つの定量的特徴に基づいて1つ又は複数の調整可能な画像取得設定を調整するように構成された計算ユニットと、
を有する診断画像データを分析する装置。 - 前記所定の取得方法に従って前記関心血管の訓練画像データを取得するように構成された入力ユニットと、
前記訓練画像データから前記関心血管の前記少なくとも1つの定量的特徴を抽出し、前記分類装置のための少なくとも1つの訓練データセットを生成し、前記訓練データセットが前記少なくとも1つの定量的特徴に関連する前記訓練画像データを有し、訓練のために前記少なくとも1つの訓練データセットを前記分類装置に提供するするように構成された訓練データセット生成ユニットと、
を更に有する、請求項11に記載の装置。 - 前記複数の取得画像の少なくとも1つの取得画像及び/又は前記少なくとも1つの定量的特徴のグラフィック表現を生成するように構成された表示ユニットと、
前記グラフィック表現に応答してユーザ入力を受信するように構成されたユーザインタフェースと、
を更に有する、請求項11に記載の装置。 - 処理ユニットによって実行される場合に、請求項11乃至13のいずれかに記載の方法を実行するように構成される、請求項1乃至10のいずれかに記載の装置を制御するためのコンピュータプログラム。
