Description

-支持体ユニットに支持された、少なくとも1つの通電式の加熱導体を備えた加熱導体ユニットであって、少なくとも1つの加熱導体は、支持体ユニットに対して少なくとも1つの支持体ユニット-サポートユニットにより電気的に絶縁されて支持されており、または/かつ少なくとも1つの加熱導体は、別の加熱導体に対して、少なくとも1つの加熱導体サポートユニットにより電気的に絶縁されて支持されている、加熱導体ユニットと、
-加熱導体ユニットと支持体ユニットとを固く結合する結合ユニットと、
-排気ヒータコンポーネントのそれぞれ異なる熱膨張を補償する長さ補償ユニットと
を有する、排気ヒータにより解決される。
Claims (11)
- 内燃機関の排気装置用の排気ヒータであって、
-支持体ユニット(24)と、
-該支持体ユニット(24)に支持された、少なくとも1つの通電式の加熱導体(14,16)を備えた加熱導体ユニット(18)であって、少なくとも1つの前記加熱導体(14,16)は、前記支持体ユニット(24)に対して少なくとも1つの支持体ユニット-サポートユニット(38,40)により電気的に絶縁されて支持されており、または/かつ少なくとも1つの前記加熱導体(14)は、別の前記加熱導体(16)に対して、少なくとも1つの加熱導体サポートユニット(42)により電気的に絶縁されて支持されている、加熱導体ユニット(18)と、
-該加熱導体ユニット(18)と前記支持体ユニット(24)とを固く結合する結合ユニット(31)と、
-排気ヒータコンポーネントのそれぞれ異なる熱膨張を補償する長さ補償ユニット(44)と
を有する、排気ヒータ。 - 前記結合ユニット(31)は、好適にはピン状の少なくとも1つの結合部材(32)を有しており、前記長さ補償ユニット(44)は、少なくとも1つの前記結合部材(32)と前記支持体ユニット(24)または/および前記加熱導体ユニット(18)との間の結合力伝達経路内に、少なくとも1つの長さ補償部材(46)を有している、請求項1記載の排気ヒータ。
- 前記支持体ユニット(24)は、排気ヒータ長手方向軸線(L)の方向に連続していて前記加熱導体ユニット(18)をそれぞれの間に収容する2つの支持体部材(20,22)を有しており、前記長さ補償ユニット(44)は、少なくとも1つの、好適には全ての前記結合部材(32)に対応して、前記支持体部材(20,22)の少なくとも一方と前記加熱導体ユニット(18)との間の支持経路内または/および前記加熱導体ユニット(18)の2つの前記加熱導体(14,16)の間の支持経路内または/および少なくとも一方の前記支持体部材(20,22)と少なくとも1つの前記結合部材(32)との間の支持経路内に、少なくとも1つの前記長さ補償部材(46)を有している、請求項2記載の排気ヒータ。
- 少なくとも1つの、好適には全ての前記長さ補償部材(46)は、一方の前記支持体部材(20,22)と前記支持体ユニット-サポートユニット(38,40)との間に配置されている、または/かつ少なくとも1つの、好適には全ての前記長さ補償部材(46)は、2つの前記加熱導体(14,16)の間に配置されている、または/かつ少なくとも1つの、好適には全ての前記長さ補償部材(46)は、一方の前記支持体部材(20,22)と、該支持体部材(20,22)に支持される前記結合部材(32)の結合部材支持領域との間に配置されている、請求項3記載の排気ヒータ。
- 少なくとも1つの、好適には全ての前記結合部材(32)は、少なくとも1つの前記長さ補償部材(46)を貫通しておりかつ少なくとも1つの前記支持体ユニット-サポートユニット(38,40)または/および少なくとも1つの前記加熱導体サポートユニット(42)を貫通している、請求項2から4までのいずれか1項記載の排気ヒータ。
- 少なくとも1つの、好適には全ての前記長さ補償部材(46)は、少なくとも1つの前記結合部材(32)の材料よりも大きな熱膨張係数を有する材料により形成されている、請求項2から5までのいずれか1項記載の排気ヒータ。
- 少なくとも1つの前記結合部材(32)は、ニッケル-クロム合金材料により形成されており、少なくとも1つの前記長さ補償部材(46)は、鋼材料、好適には1.4980鋼により形成されている、請求項6記載の排気ヒータ。
- 少なくとも1つの、好適には全ての前記長さ補償部材(46)は、弾性変形可能な予荷重部材を含む、請求項2から7までのいずれか1項記載の排気ヒータ。
- 少なくとも1つの、好適には全ての前記長さ補償部材(46)は、皿ばねまたは波形ばねとして形成されている、請求項8記載の排気ヒータ。
- 前記支持体ユニット(24)は、金属材料により形成されており、または/かつ前記加熱導体ユニット(18)は、金属材料により形成されている、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の排気ヒータ。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の排気ヒータ(10)を少なくとも1つ有している、内燃機関用の排気装置。
