Claims (17)
- ポリマー成分として少なくとも1つのポリマー及び充填剤として少なくとも1つの炭酸カルシウム含有材料を含むポリマー組成物のコンパウンディングの前又はコンパウンディング中の少なくとも1つの一置換コハク酸無水物の使用であって、加工中のポリマー分解を低減させるためのもの、並びに/又はいかなる一置換コハク酸無水物も存在しない状態において同じ方法で処理された同じポリマー組成物と比較して、そのようなコンパウンディングされたポリマー組成物のメルトフローレートを少なくとも10%減少させ、及び/又はそのようなコンパウンディングされたポリマー組成物の粘度を少なくとも10%増加させるためのものであり、前記ポリマー組成物がポリ乳酸を含まない、使用。
- 前記少なくとも1つの一置換コハク酸無水物が、置換基中にC2-C30、好ましくはC3-C25、及び最も好ましくはC4-C20の総量の炭素原子を有する直鎖基、分岐鎖基、脂肪族基及び環状基から選択される基で一置換されたコハク酸無水物からなり、分岐鎖基の場合は置換基中にC3-C30、好ましくはC3-C25、及び最も好ましくはC4-C20の総量の炭素原子を有し、並びに環状基の場合は置換基中にC5-C30、好ましくはC5-C25、及び最も好ましくはC5-C20の総量の炭素原子を有する、請求項1に記載の使用。

- 前記少なくとも1つの一置換コハク酸無水物を、前記ポリマー組成物のコンパウンディング中に使用し、前記少なくとも1つの一置換コハク酸無水物を、ポリマー成分として少なくとも1つのポリマー及び充填剤として少なくとも1つの炭酸カルシウム含有材料を含む前記ポリマー組成物と混合しながら接触させる、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記少なくとも1つの一置換コハク酸無水物及び/又はその塩反応生成物が、前記少なくとも1つの炭酸カルシウム含有充填剤材料の総乾燥重量に基づいて、少なくとも0.1重量%の量で前記ポリマー組成物中に存在し、好ましくは0.1~4.0重量%の量、より好ましくは0.1~3.0重量%の量、よりいっそう好ましくは0.2~2.0重量%の量、よりいっそう好ましくは0.3~1.5重量%の量、及び最も好ましくは0.4~1.2重量%の量で存在する、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記ポリマー成分が、化石燃料から得られるポリマーを含み、好ましくは、前記ポリマーがポリオレフィンから選択され、並びに最も好ましくは、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリメチルペンテン(PMP)、ポリブテン-1(PB-1)、ポリケトン(PK)、ポリスチレン(PS)、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)及びこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の使用。

- 前記少なくとも1つの一置換コハク酸無水物及び/又はその塩反応生成物が、前記ポリマー成分の総重量に基づいて、少なくとも0.005重量%の量で前記ポリマー組成物中に存在し、好ましくは0.01~5.0重量%の量、より好ましくは0.02~1.0重量%の量、よりいっそう好ましくは0.03~0.8重量%の量、よりいっそう好ましくは0.05~0.5重量%の量、最も好ましくは0.07~0.3重量%の量で存在する、請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記炭酸カルシウム含有材料が、重質炭酸カルシウム、好ましくは、大理石、石灰岩、ドロマイト及び/又はチョーク、沈降炭酸カルシウム、好ましくは、バテライト、カルサイト及び/又はアラゴナイト、並びにこれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、より好ましくは、前記炭酸カルシウム含有材料が、重質炭酸カルシウムである、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記炭酸カルシウム含有材料が、
i)0.1μm~20μmの範囲内、好ましくは0.25μm~15μmの範囲内、より好ましくは0.5μm~10μmの範囲内、及び最も好ましくは0.7μm~7μmの範囲内の重量メジアン粒径d50値を有する、並びに/又は
ii)≦50μm、好ましくは≦30μm、より好ましくは≦20μm、及び最も好ましくは≦15μmのトップカット(d98)を有する、並びに/又は
iii)ISO 9277:2010による窒素及びBET法を使用する測定で、0.5~150m2/g、好ましくは1~60m2/g、及びより好ましくは1.5~15m2/gの比表面積(BET)を有する、並びに/又は
iv)前記少なくとも1つの炭酸カルシウム含有材料の総乾燥重量に基づいて、0.01重量%~1重量%、好ましくは0.02重量%~0.5重量%、より好ましくは0.03重量%~0.3重量%、及び最も好ましくは0.04重量%~0.15重量%の残留総水分含有量を有する、
請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の使用。 - 前記炭酸カルシウム含有材料が、前記ポリマー成分の総重量に基づいて、0.1~85重量%の量で前記ポリマー組成物中に存在し、好ましくは3~50重量%の量、より好ましくは5~40重量%の量、及び最も好ましくは10~30重量%の量で存在する、請求項1~11のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記ポリマー組成物がさらなる添加物、例えば、着色顔料、染料、ワックス、潤滑剤、酸化―及び/又はUV―安定化剤、酸化防止剤、並びにタルクなどの他の充填剤、を含む、請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 加工中のポリマー分解を低減させ、並びに/又はいかなる一置換コハク酸無水物も存在しない状態において同じ方法で処理された同じポリマー組成物と比較して、ポリマー成分として少なくとも1つのポリマー及び充填剤として少なくとも1つの炭酸カルシウム含有材料を含むポリマー組成物のメルトフローレートを少なくとも10%減少させ、及び/又はポリマー成分として少なくとも1つのポリマー及び充填剤として少なくとも1つの炭酸カルシウム含有材料を含むポリマー組成物の粘度を少なくとも10%増加させる方法であって、前記方法が、
a)少なくとも1つのポリマーをポリマー成分として提供するステップ、並びに
b)少なくとも1つの炭酸カルシウム含有材料を充填剤として提供するステップ、並びに
c)少なくとも1つの一置換コハク酸無水物を提供するステップ、
d)a)、b)及びc)の成分を任意の順序で接触させるステップ、並びに
e)ステップd)の接触させた成分をコンパウンディングするステップ
を含み、
前記ポリマー組成物がポリ乳酸を含まない、

a)少なくとも1つのポリマーをポリマー成分として提供するステップ、並びに
b)少なくとも1つの炭酸カルシウム含有材料を充填剤として提供するステップ、並びに
c)少なくとも1つの一置換コハク酸無水物を提供するステップ、
d)a)、b)及びc)の成分を任意の順序で接触させるステップ、並びに
e)ステップd)の接触させた成分をコンパウンディングするステップ
を含む方法によって得ることができ、前記ポリマー組成物がポリ乳酸を含まない、使用。 - a)少なくとも1つのポリマーをポリマー成分として提供するステップ、並びに
b)少なくとも1つの炭酸カルシウム含有材料を充填剤として提供するステップ、並びに
c)少なくとも1つの一置換コハク酸無水物を提供するステップ、
d)a)、b)及びc)の成分を任意の順序で接触させるステップ、並びに
e)ステップd)の接触させた成分をコンパウンディングするステップ
を含む方法によって得ることができるポリマー組成物を含む物品であって、前記物品が、衛生製品、医療及びヘルスケア製品、フィルター製品、ジオテキスタイル製品、農業及び園芸用製品、衣類、履物及びバッグ製品、家庭用及び産業用製品、パッケージング製品、建設用製品などを含む群から選択され、前記ポリマー組成物がポリ乳酸を含まない、物品。
