図8Dを参照されたい。図8Dは、互いに直交して傾斜している光学フィルムを使用した第4実施形態の輝度分布図を示している。すなわち、図8Aに基づいて、光学フィルム310が互いに直交するように歪んで(図5Aから図5Cに相当)、輝度分布図を生成するように変更される。光線が更に広がり、輝度がより均一になり、ほとんどすべての薄暗い領域をカバーしていることがわかる。

Claims (11)
- 基板と、
前記基板上にそれぞれ第1方向及び第2方向に並べて配置される複数の発光部材と、
少なくとも1つの光学フィルムと、
を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの光学フィルムは、
複数の微細構造を有し、前記微細構造は、互いに平行に並べられ、且つ各前記微細構造は、第1稜線を含み、前記第1稜線の延伸方向は、平均して1つの方向線に平行であり、前記方向線と前記第1方向との挟み角は、角度θである第1面と、
前記第1面に相対し、前記基板に面する第2面と、
を含み、
前記第1方向上の前記発光部材と隣接する前記発光部材との距離がXであり、前記第2方向上の前記発光部材と隣接する前記発光部材の距離がYであり、前記角度θの範囲は、下式である、バックライトモジュール。
- 前記光学フィルムが複数であり、重なり合って設置され、隣接する前記光学フィルムの前記微細構造の前記第1稜線が直交するように互い違いに配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトモジュール。
- 前記微細構造が三角柱構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の請求項バックライトモジュール。
- 前記第2面は、複数の円柱構造を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトモジュール。
- 前記円柱構造の延伸方向と前記第1方向との夾角が前記角度θであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバックライトモジュール。
- 前記第1稜線が曲線であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトモジュール。
- 前記第1稜線と前記第2面との距離が固定値ではないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトモジュール。
- 前記光学フィルムの上方に配置された少なくとも1つのプリズムシートを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトモジュール。
- 前記発光部材がミニ発光ダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトモジュール。
- 前記光学フィルムの厚さが0.05~0.5mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバックライトモジュール。
