Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an injection needle using a needle tube made of resin.
BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, injection needles made of resin have been proposed (for example, Patent Literature 1). Since injection needles made of resin can be mass-produced, there is a possibility that they can be provided at low cost. In addition, resin injection needles have a high degree of freedom in designing the shape of the needle.
Further, Patent Document 2 describes an injection needle that is detachably attached to the tip of a drug container such as a prefilled syringe.
Since the injection needle described in Patent Literature 2 is used for administering insulin or the like, for example, it is assumed that the patient will use it himself. Therefore, such an injection needle is required to cause less pain when inserted. Moreover, since it is used every day, it is desirable that it be provided at a low cost. Therefore, if an injection needle that is attached to the tip of a drug container such as a prefilled syringe and is used can be made of resin, the pain at the time of insertion can be reduced, and the injection needle can be made inexpensive.
However, the injection needle described in Patent Document 2 has a stopper made of an elastomer such as various natural rubbers provided at the tip of the drug container on the opposite side of the needle tip that is used by puncturing the living body. It has a needle tip that is used for piercing. Therefore, the resin-made injection needle described in

Also, in the following description, specific numerical values, shapes, materials, and the like are shown and described, but these can be changed as appropriate.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the
The
The
The
The first
The second
The first
The third
The second

With a conventional needle tube having a sharp tip, no matter how thin the tip is, the sharp tip inevitably cuts through cells, which is a heavy burden on the human body. In contrast, the distal end of the

The first
The second
The second
The third
The
