- 車両ランプ用光学素子ユニットであって、ロービーム一次光学素子(1)と、前記ロービーム一次光学素子(1)の下方に設けられるハイビーム一次光学素子(2)と、前記ロービーム一次光学素子(1)及び/または前記ハイビーム一次光学素子(2)の前端に設けられるレンズ(3)と、を備え、
前記ロービーム一次光学素子(1)及び/または前記ハイビーム一次光学素子(2)は前記レンズ(3)と一体に形成され、前記ロービーム一次光学素子(1)は後から前に順に少なくとも1つのロービーム集光部(11)及びロービーム光通過部(12)を備え、前記ロービーム光通過部(12)はレンズ入光部(31)に一体に形成され、前記ロービーム光通過部(12)の下面の前縁はロービームカットオフライン構造(13)として形成され、前記ハイビーム一次光学素子(2)は少なくとも1つのハイビーム集光部(21)を備え、前記ハイビーム集光部(21)の前端にハイビーム出光面(24)が形成され、または

前記レンズ(3)はレンズ入光部(31)及びレンズ出光部(32)を備え、前記レンズ入光部(31)は平面、後に突出する曲面または前に突出する曲面であり、前記レンズ出光部(32)は前に突出する曲面であり、前記ロービーム一次光学素子(1)及び前記ハイビーム一次光学素子(2)は光を集光しコリメーションした後、前記レンズ(3)によってロービーム照明光形及びハイビーム照明光形を形成するのに適していることを特徴とする車両ランプ用光学素子ユニット。 - 前記ロービーム集光部(11)の数は複数であり、左右方向に沿って配置され、前記ハイビーム集光部(21)の数は複数であり、左右方向に沿って配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両ランプ用光学素子ユニット。
- 前記ロービーム集光部(11)は集光カップ構造または後に突出するバンプ構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両ランプ用光学素子ユニット。
- 前記ハイビーム集光部(21)は集光カップ構造または後に突出するバンプ構造であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両ランプ用光学素子ユニット。
- 前記集光カップ構造の後端に空洞部が設けられ、前記空洞部の底部にバンプが設けられ、前記集光カップ構造の外郭面は後端から前端に口径が徐々に大きくなる曲面状構造であり、または
前記集光カップ構造は中実構造であり、その入光面が平面、凸曲面または凹曲面であり、前記集光カップ構造の外郭面は後端から前端に口径が徐々に大きくなる曲面状構造であることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の車両ランプ用光学素子ユニット。 - 車両照明装置であって、ロービーム光源(5)と、ハイビーム光源(6)と、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の車両ランプ用光学素子ユニットとを備え、前記ロービーム光源(5)は前記ロービーム集光部(11)に1対1で対応して設置され、前記ハイビーム光源(6)は前記ハイビーム集光部(21)に1対1で対応して設置されることを特徴とする車両照明装置。
- ロービーム回路基板及びハイビーム回路基板をさらに備え、前記ロービーム光源(5)は前記ロービーム回路基板に設けられ、前記ハイビーム光源(6)は前記ハイビーム回路基板に設けられ、または
回路基板をさらに備え、前記ロービーム光源(5)及び前記ハイビーム光源(6)はいずれも前記回路基板に設けられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の車両照明装置。 - 請求項6または7に記載の車両照明装置(7)を少なくとも1つ備えることを特徴とする車両ランプ。
- 請求項8に記載の車両ランプを備えることを特徴とする車両。
