Claims (15)

前記バッキング層(14)と前記支持層(12)との間の所定の位置に設けられた少なくとも1つの局所リザーバ(16)と、
前記少なくとも1つの局所リザーバ(16)の内部に配置され、互いに接触する流体物質(20)及び固体物質(22)と、を含み、
前記流体物質(20)は、前記固体物質(22)を連続的に調整するように構成されている層構造(10、110)。 - 前記バッキング層(14)が前記支持層(12)から除去され、前記層構造(10、110)が前記被検体の前記表面と接触している状態において、前記流体物質(20)は、前記被検体の前記表面の少なくとも1つの領域を連続的かつ局所的に調整するように構成されている請求項1に記載の層構造(10、110)。
- 前記流体物質(20)は、前記少なくとも1つの局所リザーバ(16)の領域において、前記固体物質(22)を所望の状態に連続的に保持するように、好ましくは前記固体物質(22)を連続的に湿らせるように、及び/又は所定の物理化学的状態を連続的に維持するように構成されている請求項1または2に記載の層構造(10、110)。
- 少なくとも一部の前記流体物質(20)は、前記固体物質(22)と前記バッキング層(14)との間に配置されている請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の層構造(10、110)。
- 前記流体物質(20)は、気体物質及び/又は液体物質、特に液体ゲル、好ましくは液体ヒドロゲルを含む請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の層構造(10、110)。
- 前記固体物質(22)は、固体ゲル、好ましくは固体ヒドロゲル、発泡体及び/又は布、好ましくは不織布を含む請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の層構造(10、110)。
- 前記流体物質(20)は、接着性及び/又は導電性を有する請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の層構造(10、110)。
- 前記バッキング層(14)及び/又は前記支持層(12)は、前記少なくとも1つの局所リザーバ(16)を部分的に規定する、予め形成された膨出部(18)を含む請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の層構造(10、110)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの局所リザーバ(16)からの前記流体物質(20)の横方向の漏れを防止するように、前記少なくとも1つの局所リザーバ(16)に横方向に隣接する突起をさらに含み、好ましくは、前記突起は、前記支持層(12)及び/又は前記バッキング層(14)上に形成されている請求項1~8のいずれかに記載の層構造(10、110)。
- 前記固体物質(22)と前記支持層(12)との間の前記少なくとも1つの局所リザーバ(16)の領域に配置されたセンサー構成要素(24)及び/又はアクチュエータ構成要素(24)をさらに含む請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の層構造(10、110)。
- 前記バッキング層(14)は、ポリマーフィルム、紙フィルム及び/又はヒドロゲルフィルムを含み、
前記バッキング層(14)は、特に前記流体物質(20)と接触している前記バッキング層(14)の接触領域でシリコーン処理されていることが好ましい請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の層構造(10、110)。 - 前記少なくとも1つの局所リザーバ(16)の領域で前記バッキング層(14)に吸収材料が付着され、前記吸収材料は、バッキング層(14)の除去時に一部の前記流体物質(20)を吸収及び除去するように構成されている請求項1~11のいずれかに記載の層構造(10、110)。
- 前記バッキング層(14)及び/又は前記支持層(12)は、前記流体物質(20)が乾燥するのを防ぐために、前記少なくとも1つの局所リザーバ(16)の領域にバリア層(26)を備え、好ましくは、前記バリア層(26)は、前記バリア層の領域で前記層構造(10、110)の水蒸気透過率(MVTR)を500g/m2以下、好ましくは50g/m2以下、より好ましくは5g/m2以下に低下させる請求項1~12のいずれかに記載の層構造(10、110)。
- 前記流体物質(20)は、0.001ml~10ml、好ましくは0.01ml~5ml、より好ましくは0.1ml~2.5ml、さらにより好ましくは0.5ml~1.5mlの体積を有し、及び/又は
前記固体物質(22)は、0.0024mm~2.4mm、好ましくは0.01mm~2mm、より好ましくは0.05mm~1.0mmの厚さを有する請求項1~13のいずれかに記載の層構造(10、110)。 - 前記流体物質(20)は、0.01Ωm~100Ωm、好ましくは0.1Ωm~50Ωm、より好ましくは1Ωm~10Ωmの範囲の体積抵抗率を有し、及び/又は
前記流体物質(20)は、0.5~1.5、好ましくは0.6~1.0の範囲の接着性と体積抵抗率との比を有する請求項1~14のいずれかに記載の層構造(10、110)。
