Abstract
Description
本発明は、2020年6月4日に出願された韓国特許出願第10-2020-0067391号に基づく優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
<トリブロック共重合体の製造>
窒素で置換された10Lの反応器に、精製されたシクロヘキサン4,287g及びスチレン273gを投入し撹拌しながら60℃に昇温した。反応器の温度が60℃に達した時、前記反応器にn-ブチルリチウム1.091gを投入し反応させて、スチレン重合体ブロックを重合した。
窒素で置換された10Lの高圧反応器に、テトラヒドロフラン(THF)1,000mlを投入し、前記得たトリブロック共重合体100gを投入して溶解させた。溶解が完了した後、9-BBN(9-borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonate)2.1gを投入して1時間常温(23±3℃)で反応させた。その後、メタノール10mlを投入して水素化ホウ素添加反応を終結した。次に、酸化反応のために、-10℃の条件下でNaOH/H2O210ml(6N)を5分間ゆっくり反応器内に投入し、50℃に昇温した後、1時間反応させた。その後、H2O2を沈澱させ、メタノールで洗浄した後、ブロック共重合体が含まれた溶液を乾燥して、ブロック共重合体ペレットを製造した。
前記実施例1において、水素化ホウ素添加反応及び酸化反応の際に、9-BBN(9-borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonate)を2.1gの代わりに4.2gを投入した以外は、前記実施例1と同一の方法で実施した。
前記実施例1において、水素化ホウ素添加反応及び酸化反応の際に、9-BBN(9-borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonate)を2.1gの代わりに8.7gを投入した以外は、前記実施例1と同一の方法で実施した。
前記実施例1において、水素化ホウ素添加反応及び酸化反応を実施せず、トリブロック共重合体からブロック共重合体ペレットを製造した以外は、前記実施例1と同一の方法で実施した。
前記実施例1において、水素化ホウ素添加反応及び酸化反応の際に、9-BBN(9-borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonate)を2.1gの代わりに0.2gを投入した以外は、前記実施例1と同一の方法で実施した。
前記実施例1において、水素化ホウ素添加反応及び酸化反応の際に、9-BBN(9-borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonate)を2.1gの代わりに15.0gを投入した以外は、前記実施例1と同一の方法で実施した。
(実験例1)
前記実施例1~3及び比較例1~3で製造された各ブロック共重合体に対して、ヒドロキシル基の含量を測定するために、試料を採取してNMR測定のための溶媒であるCDCl3に溶解させ、Varian社の500MHz NMRを用いて1H NMRを測定し、ブロック共重合体内の二重結合の含量に対して生成されたヒドロキシル基の含量を計算して表1に示した。
180℃で、アスファルト(SK AP-5)600gを100重量部として、前記実施例1~3及び比較例1~3で製造された各ブロック共重合体ペレットを4.5重量部に計算して投入し、高剪断撹拌機(HSM、High Shear Mixer)を用いて3,000rpmで1時間30分間混合した後、低剪断撹拌機(LSM、Low Shear Mixer)を用いて300rpmで撹拌した。ブロック共重合体ペレットを投入した時点を開始時間として、4時間まで各時間別に軟化点及び相分離確認のためのサンプルをサンプリングしながら非加硫アスファルト組成物を製造し、溶解時間及び4時間の時の伸度を測定して下記表2に示した。
Claims (11)
- 芳香族ビニル系重合体ブロック、共役ジエン系重合体ブロック及びカップリング剤連結基を含むブロック共重合体であって、
前記共役ジエン系重合体ブロックは、ヒドロキシル基を含み、
前記ヒドロキシル基の含量は、共役ジエン系単量体単位の二重結合の含量に対して0.5モル%~12.0モル%であるブロック共重合体。 - 前記ヒドロキシル基の含量は、共役ジエン系単量体単位の二重結合の含量に対して1.0モル%~8.0モル%である、請求項1に記載のブロック共重合体。
- 前記ヒドロキシル基の含量は、共役ジエン系単量体単位の二重結合の含量に対して1.5モル%~3モル%である、請求項1に記載のブロック共重合体。
- 前記カップリング剤連結基は、ビニル基含有炭化水素系化合物、エステル系化合物、シラン系化合物、ポリシロキサン系化合物、及びポリケトンからなる群から選択された1種以上のカップリング剤連結基である、請求項1に記載のブロック共重合体。
- 有機リチウム化合物の存在下で、芳香族ビニル系単量体を投入し重合して陰イオン活性芳香族ビニル系重合体を製造する段階(S10)と、
前記(S10)段階において製造された陰イオン活性芳香族ビニル系重合体の存在下で、共役ジエン系単量体を投入し重合して陰イオン活性ジブロック共重合体を製造する段階(S20)と、
前記(S20)段階において製造された陰イオン活性ジブロック共重合体の存在下で、カップリング剤を投入し反応させてトリブロック共重合体を製造する段階(S30)と、
前記(S30)段階において製造されたトリブロック共重合体の存在下で、水素化ホウ素添加反応及び酸化反応を実施してブロック共重合体を製造する段階(S40)と、を含み、
前記(S40)段階において製造されたブロック共重合体の共役ジエン系重合体ブロックは、ヒドロキシル基を含み、
前記ヒドロキシル基の含量は、共役ジエン系単量体単位の二重結合の含量に対して0.5モル%~12.0モル%であるブロック共重合体の製造方法。 - 前記(S40)段階において、水素化ホウ素添加反応は、ホウ素源としてボラン又は有機ボラン化合物の存在下で実施される、請求項5に記載のブロック共重合体の製造方法。
- 前記ホウ素源は、9-BBN(9-borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonate)である、請求項6に記載のブロック共重合体の製造方法。
- 前記(S40)段階において、ホウ素源は、共役ジエン系重合体ブロック100モルに対して0.1モル~20.0モルで投入される、請求項5に記載のブロック共重合体の製造方法。
- 前記(S40)段階において、ホウ素源は、トリブロック共重合体100重量部に対して0.5重量部~13.0重量部で投入される、請求項5に記載のブロック共重合体の製造方法。
- 前記(S40)段階において、酸化反応は、アルカリヒドロキシド及び過酸化水素の存在下で実施される、請求項5に記載のブロック共重合体の製造方法。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のブロック共重合体及びアスファルトを含むアスファルト組成物。
