Claims (34)
- 内視鏡法を行うためのプローブであって、
光源と、
前記光源に結合された導波路と、
回折格子と、
第1の非球面と第2のバイコーニック面とを有するレンズと、を備え、
前記導波路は、前記光源からの光を前記回折格子に向けるよう構成され、
前記回折格子からの回折光が、前記レンズの前記非球面に向けられ、前記レンズの前記バイコーニック面から前記プローブの透明な円筒状面に向けて放出されるよう構成されている、プローブ。 - 前記レンズがハウジング内に収容されており、
前記ハウジングが前記透明な円筒状面を備える、請求項1に記載のプローブ。 - 前記ハウジングが液体を収容していない、請求項2に記載のプローブ。
- 前記レンズが、前記ハウジング内において気体中に置かれている、請求項2に記載のプローブ。
- 前記気体が空気を含む、請求項4に記載のプローブ。
- 前記レンズの前記第2のバイコーニック面が、第1の半径に関連する第1の軸と第2の半径に関連する第2の軸とを含み、
前記第2の軸が前記第1の軸に垂直であり、
前記第1の半径が前記第2の半径よりも大きい、請求項2に記載のプローブ。 - 前記レンズは、前記第1の軸が、前記プローブの前記透明な円筒状面の長軸に平行となる向きで配されている、請求項6に記載のプローブ。
- 前記第1の軸は第1のコーニック定数に関連付けられており、前記第2の軸は第2のコーニック定数に関連付けられており、
前記第1のコーニック定数は、前記第2のコーニック定数よりも大きい、請求項7に記載のプローブ。 - 前記導波路と前記回折格子との間に配置されたコリメートレンズをさらに備え、
前記導波路からの光が、前記コリメートレンズを通って前記回折格子に至る、請求項1に記載のプローブ。 - 前記プローブはテザーカプセルを備える、請求項1に記載のプローブ。
- 前記テザーカプセルは外径が8mmである、請求項10に記載のプローブ。
- 前記レンズの前記バイコーニック面は、前記プローブの前記透明な円筒状面から生じる球面収差を補正するような形状である、請求項1に記載のプローブ。
- 前記光源は掃引源レーザを備える、請求項1に記載のプローブ。
- 前記掃引源レーザは、中心波長が1060nmであり、繰返し率が400kHzである、請求項13に記載のプローブ。
- 前記プローブのターゲット撮像深さは100μmであり、前記プローブの横方向分解能は1.25μmである、請求項14に記載のプローブ。
- 前記内視鏡法は、スペクトル符号化共焦点顕微法(SECM)を含む、請求項13に記載のプローブ。
- 前記レンズは、前記レンズのアライメントのためのノッチを有する、請求項1に記載のプローブ。
- プローブを備える内視鏡法を行うための方法であって、
前記プローブは、
光源と、
前記光源に結合された導波路と、
回折格子と、
第1の非球面と第2のバイコーニック面とを有するレンズと、を備え、
前記方法は、
前記導波路により、前記光源からの光を前記回折格子に導くことと、
前記回折格子により、回折光を前記レンズの前記非球面に導き、前記レンズの前記バイコーニック面から前記プローブの透明な円筒状面に向かって放出させることと、を含む、方法。 - 前記レンズがハウジング内に収容されており、
前記ハウジングが前記透明な円筒状面を備える、請求項18に記載の方法。 - 前記ハウジングが液体を収容していない、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記レンズが、前記ハウジング内において気体中に置かれている、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記気体が空気を含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
