Claims (12)
- クランプバンド(22)を有するクランプ(14)と、前記クランプバンド(22)を緊張させるためのクランプ装置(24)とを有し、ハウジング(1)と、少なくとも1つの断熱層(30)とを備える熱保護装置(2)を有し、前記ハウジング(1)が、その軸方向の端面に、部分(8,10)に細分化され半径方向内側に突出する壁(6)を有し、前記少なくとも1つの断熱層(30)が、前記ハウジング(1)の前記壁(6)の間に配置されることができ、前記クランプ(14)は、少なくとも領域において、前記ハウジング(1)および/または前記熱保護装置(2)の前記少なくとも1つの断熱層(30)によって周囲が係合され、前記熱保護装置(2)が、前記クランプ(14)に接続され得るように構成されているクランプ組立体(20)。
- 前記熱保護装置(2)が、物質的に係合またはポジティブロック方式によってクランプ(14)に接続可能である請求項1に記載のクランプ組立体。
- 前記ハウジング(1)の少なくとも1つの部分(10)が、前記クランプ(14)へのポジティブロック接続を生成するために、曲げられ得るように構成されている請求項1または請求項2に記載のクランプ組立体。
- 前記熱保護装置(2)が、該熱保護装置(2)を前記クランプ(14)に接続するために、前記ハウジング(1)に接続可能なハウジングクランプ(32)を有する請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載のクランプ組立体。
- 前記ハウジングクランプ(32)が、少なくとも1つの溶接位置、ロック接続、パンチング位置および/または少なくとも1つのクリンチ位置によって前記ハウジング(1)に接続されている請求項4に記載のクランプ組立体。
- 前記ハウジング(1)が、その半径方向外側(4)に、前記ハウジングクランプ(32)のクランプバンド(34)を受け入れかつ案内するための少なくとも1つの案内部(46)を有する請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載のクランプ組立体。
- 前記熱保護装置(2)が、少なくとも1つのスペーサ部材(50)を有し、該スペーサ部材(50)がフラップ、ビードおよび/または材料インサートとして構成されている請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載のクランプ組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスペーサ部材(50)が、前記クランプ(14)および/または前記ハウジング(1)、および/または前記少なくとも1つの断熱層(30,31)に固定され得る請求項7に記載のクランプ組立体。
- 前記少なくとも1つのスペーサ部材(50)により、少なくとも1つのエアギャップ(52)が、径方向(R)に、前記クランプ(14)と前記少なくとも1つの断熱層(30)との間、前記少なくとも1つの断熱層(30)と前記ハウジング(1)の内側(4)との間、2つの断熱層(30,31)の間、および/または、軸方向(A)に、前記クランプ(14)と前記ハウジング(1)の前記壁(6)との間、前記少なくとも1つの断熱層(30,31)と前記ハウジング(1)の前記壁(6)との間、および/または、2つの断熱層(30、31)の間に形成され得る請求項7または請求項8に記載のクランプ組立体。
- 前記熱保護装置(2)が、前記クランプ(14)の前記クランプ装置(24)を受け入れるための少なくとも1つの突起(42)を有する請求項1から請求項9のいずれかに記載のクランプ組立体。
- 前記熱保護装置(2)が、ハウジング(1)上に端部に配置される少なくとも1つの重なり部分(54)を有し、該重なり部分(54)は、前記クランプ組立体(20)が組み立てられた状態において、前記ハウジング(1)の第2の端部(18)を覆い、かつ/または、接触するように構成されている請求項1から請求項10のいずれかに記載のクランプ組立体。
- クランプ(14)を少なくともいくつかの領域において取り囲むための熱保護装置(2)であって、周方向に延び、軸(A)に対する径方向(R)に突出するように形成された2つの壁(6)を有するハウジング(1)を有し、該ハウジング(1)に挿入可能な少なくとも1つの断熱層(30,31)を有し、該少なくとも1つの断熱層(30,31)が、前記ハウジング(1)に直接または少なくとも1つのスペーサ部材(50)を介して挿入され得る熱保護装置(2)。
