Claims (12)
- 複数の二次電池を備えるセルアセンブリと、
前記セルアセンブリを収納するモジュールハウジングと、を含み、
前記モジュールハウジングは、
前記セルアセンブリの大きさに応じて前記モジュールハウジングの長さを変更可能な少なくとも二つのフレームを備える、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも二つのフレームは、一方のフレームの内部空間に他方のフレームが収容されるか、または、一方のフレームの内部空間から他方のフレームが引き出されるように構成された、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記少なくとも二つのフレームは、それぞれ、
前記セルアセンブリの上部及び水平方向の側部を覆うカバープレートと、
前記カバープレートの下部と結合され、前記セルアセンブリを載置するように構成された下部プレートと、を備える、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも二つのフレームは、それぞれ、
他のフレームの一部分が挿入される結合溝、及び前記他のフレームの結合溝に挿入されるように構成された挿入部を有する、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記結合溝及び前記挿入部は、それぞれ、
前記モジュールハウジングの長さが変更される長手方向に延びた形態を有し、
前記少なくとも二つのフレームは、
前記結合溝と前記挿入部とが互いに結合された状態で前記長手方向に移動可能に構成される、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記少なくとも二つのフレームのうちいずれか一方のフレームは、
前記結合溝と前記挿入部との結合によって他の一つ以上のフレームを内部に収容するように構成される、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記カバープレート及び前記下部プレートは、
互いに結合されるように内側に凹んだ嵌合溝、及び前記嵌合溝に挿入されるように構成された結合突起を備える、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。 - 前記モジュールハウジングの長さの変更を制限するように構成された固定部材をさらに含む、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記挿入部が挿入されていない前記結合溝の空いた空間を充填するように構成された充填材をさらに含む、請求項4に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを少なくとも二つ含み、
前記少なくとも二つのバッテリーモジュールは、
前記モジュールハウジングの側部が互いに対面するように配列される、バッテリーパック。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールの少なくとも二つのフレームは、
いずれか一方のフレームが他方のフレームを内部に収容するように前記他方のフレームよりも大きく、
前記バッテリーモジュールの相対的に大きい前記一方のフレームは前記バッテリーモジュールの相対的に小さい前記他方のフレームと対面するように配置される、請求項10に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 請求項11に記載のバッテリーパックを少なくとも一つ含む、自動車。
