Claims (15)
- 排出ガスを後処理するための方法であって、
a)窒素酸化物を含有する生排出ガスを準備するステップと、
b)前記窒素酸化物を含有する生排出ガスを触媒蒸発器(1)に導入するステップと、
c)変換された燃料を得るために、前記触媒蒸発器(1)に燃料を導入するステップと、
d)尿素を変換された燃料と混合するステップと、

- ステップd)において得られた混合体が、加水分解装置(81)に供給された後に、得られた生成物が、選択的触媒還元装置(82)に供給されることを特徴とする請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 排出ガス後処理が、約170℃以上の温度で実施されることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の方法における触媒蒸発器(1)の使用。
- 排出ガス後処理装置において、
触媒蒸発器(1)と、
前記触媒蒸発器(1)に至る生排出ガス供給配管(2)であって、窒素酸化物を含有する生排出ガスを前記触媒蒸発器(1)に導入するように構成されている前記生排出ガス供給配管(2)と、
前記触媒蒸発器(1)に至る燃料供給配管(3)であって、燃料を前記触媒蒸発器(1)に導入するように構成されている前記燃料供給配管(3)と、
前記触媒蒸発器(1)からの排出配管(7)であって、蒸発された燃料を前記触媒蒸発器(1)から排出するように構成されている前記排出配管(7)と、
排出ガス後処理システム(8)と、
を含んでいることを特徴とする排出ガス後処理装置。 - 前記排出ガス後処理装置が、尿素リザーバ(5)と、前記触媒蒸発器で得られた蒸発燃料と尿素とを混合するための混合空間(12)に接続されている尿素供給配管(6)とを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の排出ガス後処理装置。
- 前記排出ガス後処理システム(8)が、加水分解装置(81)と選択的触媒還元装置(82)とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の排出ガス後処理装置。
- 前記加水分解装置(81)と前記選択的触媒還元装置(82)とが、互いから分離されたハウジングの内部に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項11による排出ガス後処理装置。
- 混合空間(12)が、排出配管(7)及び/又は排出ガスシステム(9)であることを特徴とする請求項9~12のいずれか一項に記載の排出ガス後処理装置。
- 前記排出ガス後処理装置が、前記触媒蒸発器(1)に至る酸化剤供給配管(13)であって、酸化剤を前記触媒蒸発器(1)に導入するように構成されている前記酸化剤供給管(13)を有していることを特徴とする請求項9~13のいずれか一項に記載の排出ガス後処理装置。
- 選択的触媒還元を含む排出ガス後処理のための請求項9~14のいずれか一項に記載の排出ガス後処理装置の使用。
