Claims (15)
- 発光デバイスであって、
いくつかのLEDフィラメントであって、各フィラメントが、可撓性基板、及び前記可撓性基板上に配置されている複数のLED光源を含む、いくつかのLEDフィラメントと、
前記複数のLED光源、及び前記可撓性基板の一方の側の少なくとも一部を封入している、封入部と、を備え、
前記いくつかのLEDフィラメントのうちの少なくとも1つのLEDフィラメントが、前記少なくとも1つのLEDフィラメントの索類における意図的な複雑化の形態の、少なくとも1つの結び目を含み、
索類における前記意図的な複雑化が、前記少なくとも1つのLEDフィラメントを、それ自体に対して、若しくは、前記いくつかのフィラメントのうちの更なるLEDフィラメントと共に、ループさせて締め付けることによって作製された締結部のうちのいずれか一方である、発光デバイス。 - 複数のLEDフィラメントを備え、前記複数のLEDフィラメントが、前記複数のLEDフィラメントのうちの1つ又は2つのLEDフィラメントの索類における意図的な複雑化の形態の、少なくとも1つの結び目を含み、索類における前記意図的な複雑化が、前記複数のLEDフィラメントのうちの1つのLEDフィラメントを、それ自体に対して、若しくは、前記複数のLEDフィラメントのうちの更なるLEDフィラメントと共に、ループさせて締め付けることによって作製された締結部、及び、前記複数のLEDフィラメントのうちの少なくとも1つのLEDフィラメントが、前記複数のLEDフィラメントのうちの少なくとも1つの更なるLEDフィラメントと互いに直角に織り交ぜられている、索類における意図的な複雑化のうちの、いずれか一方である、請求項1に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記複数のLEDフィラメントのうちの、前記少なくとも1つのLEDフィラメント、又は前記1つ若しくは2つのLEDフィラメントが、2つ以上の結び目を含む、請求項1又は2のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記複数のLEDフィラメントのうちの少なくとも2つが、前記少なくとも1つの結び目によって、互いに接続されるか又は一体に結び付けられている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのLEDフィラメントが、前記少なくとも1つの結び目内に、それ自体との少なくとも1つの接触点を含み、又は、前記複数のLEDフィラメントのうちの少なくとも2つが、前記少なくとも1つの結び目内に、少なくとも1つの相互接触点を含む、請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの結び目が、止め結び、固め止め結び、8の字結び、縦結び、本結び、織り結び、及びこれらの組み合わせを含む群から選択される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記複数のLEDフィラメントの各LEDフィラメントが、動作中に、同じ色の光を放出するように適合されているか、又は、前記複数のLEDフィラメントのうちの少なくとも1つのLEDフィラメントが、動作中に、前記複数のLEDフィラメントのうちの他のLEDフィラメントの光とは異なる色の光を放出するように適合されている、請求項2に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのLEDフィラメントが、反射性材料、ルミネッセント材料、又は反射性材料とルミネッセント材料との組み合わせを含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記ルミネッセント材料の濃度が、前記少なくとも1つのLEDフィラメントの長手方向の延伸に沿って、及び/又は、LEDフィラメント間において変化している、請求項8に記載の発光デバイス。
- 少なくとも1つのルミネッセントフィラメントを更に備える、請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記封入部の厚さが、前記少なくとも1つのLEDフィラメントの長手方向の延伸に沿って、及び/又は、LEDフィラメント間において変化している、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記封入部が、前記可撓性基板を両側で封入している、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記可撓性基板が、光透過性である、請求項1乃至12のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのLEDフィラメントを制御するように、又は、前記複数のLEDフィラメントのうちの2つ以上のLEDフィラメントを個別に制御するように構成されている、コントローラを更に備える、請求項1乃至13のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイス。
- 請求項1乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の発光デバイスを備える、ランプ、照明器具、若しくは照明設備、又は、ランプ用、照明器具用、若しくは照明設備用のシェード。
