Claims (20)
- 血液検査アセンブリであって:
血液を含むレセプタクルであって、該レセプタクルから血液を移送するように構成されたポートを有するレセプタクルと;
血液検査装置とを含み、該血液検査装置は:
上面、底面および少なくとも1つの外側側壁を有するベース部分であって、該ベース部分をレセプタクルのポートに連結するレセプタクルコネクタを含み、レセプタクルから血液の移送を受け取る上面と底面との間の内部空洞をさらに含み、ベース部分の上面内に配置されるとともに内部空洞と流体連通している少なくとも1つの液体サンプル貫流ポートを含むベース部分と;
少なくとも1つのサンプル貫流ポートの少なくとも一部を覆い該少なくとも一部と流体連通して配置され、内部空洞内の血液の流れに対して平行に向けられているフィルタアセンブリと;
上面、底面、少なくとも1つの外壁を有する上部部分であって、フィルタアセンブリを見るために上部部分を貫通して配置された少なくとも1つの観察窓をさらに含む上部部分と
を含む、前記血液検査アセンブリ。 - フィルタアセンブリは、第1のフィルタ、第2のフィルタおよび第3のフィルタを含む、請求項1に記載の血液検査アセンブリ。
- 第1のフィルタは血漿分離膜を含む、請求項2に記載の血液検査アセンブリ。
- 第3のフィルタには、対象の検体が存在する場合に色が変化する少なくとも1種の試薬が配置されている、請求項2に記載の血液検査アセンブリ。
- 対象の検体はヘモグロビンである、請求項4に記載の血液検査アセンブリ。
- 少なくとも1種の試薬は、ジイソプロピルベンゼンジヒドロペルオキシド、3,3’5,5’テトラメチルベンジジンおよびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択されている、請求項5に記載の血液検査アセンブリ。
- 第1のフィルタは、液体サンプル貫流ポートの少なくとも一部を覆いその上に配置され、第2のフィルタは、第1のフィルタを覆いその上に配置され、第3のフィルタは、第2のフィルタを覆いその上に配置されている、請求項2に記載の血液検査アセンブリ。
- 血液検査装置は、実質的にフィルタアセンブリを覆って配置されたフィルタアセンブリキャップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の血液検査アセンブリ。
- 血液検査装置は少なくとも1つの封止部をさらに含み、該少なくとも1つの封止部には観察窓が配置され、少なくとも1つの封止部は、フィルタアセンブリキャップと上部部分の底面との間に配置されて、少なくとも1つの封止部の観察窓がフィルタアセンブリキャップおよび上部部分の観察窓と位置合わせされるようにする、請求項8に記載の血液検査アセンブリ。
- 上部部分およびベース部分は、上部部分の少なくとも1つの締結具チャネルとベース部分の少なくとも1つの締結具チャネルとを通過し、それにより上部部分およびベース部分を互いに固定する、締結具アセンブリにより、互いに固定されている、請求項1に記載の血液検査アセンブリ。
- 血液検査装置であって:
上面、底面および少なくとも1つの外側側壁を有するベース部分であって、該ベース部分をレセプタクルのポートに連結するレセプタクルコネクタを含み、レセプタクルから血液の移送を受け取る上面と底面との間の内部空洞をさらに含み、ベース部分の上面内に配置されるとともに内部空洞と流体連通している少なくとも1つの液体サンプル貫流ポートを含むベース部分と;
少なくとも1つのサンプル貫流ポートの少なくとも一部を覆い該少なくとも一部と流体連通して配置され、内部空洞内の血液の流れに対して平行に向けられているフィルタアセンブリと;
上面、底面、少なくとも1つの外壁を有する上部部分であって、フィルタアセンブリを見るために上部部分を貫通して配置された少なくとも1つの観察窓をさらに含む上部部分と
を含む前記血液検査装置。 - フィルタアセンブリは、第1のフィルタ、第2のフィルタおよび第3のフィルタを含む、請求項11に記載の血液検査装置。
- 第1のフィルタは血漿分離膜を含む、請求項12に記載の血液検査装置。
- 第3のフィルタには、対象の検体が存在する場合に色が変化する少なくとも1種の試薬が配置されている、請求項12に記載の血液検査装置。
- 対象の検体はヘモグロビンである、請求項14に記載の血液検査装置。
- 少なくとも1種の試薬は、ジイソプロピルベンゼンジヒドロペルオキシド、3,3’5,5’テトラメチルベンジジンおよびそれらの組合せからなる群から選択されている、請求項15に記載の血液検査装置。
- 第1のフィルタは、液体サンプル貫流ポートの少なくとも一部を覆いその上に配置され、第2のフィルタは、第1のフィルタを覆いその上に配置され、第3のフィルタは、第2のフィルタを覆いその上に配置されている、請求項12に記載の血液検査装置。
- 実質的にフィルタアセンブリを覆って配置されたフィルタアセンブリキャップをさらに含む、請求項11に記載の血液検査装置。
- 血液検査装置は少なくとも1つの封止部をさらに含み、少なくとも1つの封止部には観察窓が配置され、少なくとも1つの封止部は、フィルタアセンブリキャップと上部部分の底面との間に配置されて、少なくとも1つの封止部の観察窓がフィルタアセンブリキャップおよび上部部分の観察窓と位置合わせされるようにする、請求項18に記載の血液検査装置。
- 方法であって:
血漿分離膜と試薬を含む少なくとも1つのフィルタとを有する血液検査装置を、血液細胞および血漿を有する血液を含むシリンジに連結することと;
血液の血液サンプルをシリンジから血液検査装置内の血漿分離膜に通して、血液細胞から血漿を分離することであって、血液サンプルは血漿分離膜に対して平行に流れることと;
少なくとも1つのフィルタを分離した血漿で飽和させることと;
少なくとも1つのフィルタに配置された試薬を比色分析して、血液サンプル内の溶血の程度を決定することと
を含む前記方法。
