Claims (17)
- インプラントの位置決めのための手術装置であって、
遠位端に組織切開器と、近位端に前記組織切開器を作動させるためのハンドルとを有する細長い機構本体を備え、
前記細長い機構本体はその長さに沿って湾曲していることを特徴とする、手術装置。 - 前記細長い機構本体の曲率半径が8~20cmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記組織切開器は、一対の可動ジョーを有する鈍的組織切開器であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ハンドルがプッシュプルインターフェースを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置と、
前記細長い機構本体を含むように構成されたガイドチューブに取り付けられたガイドハンドルを含むガイドと、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記ガイドチューブがスロット付き内腔を含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記ガイドチューブがその長さに沿って湾曲している、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記細長い機構本体は直線状の形状であり、前記ガイドチューブ内で拘束されると曲線状な形状をとることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記内腔内に配置可能なプッシュロッドをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- (a)遠位端に組織切開器を有し、近位端に前記組織切開器を作動させるためのハンドルを有する細長い機構本体と、
(b)前記細長い機構本体を収容するように構成されたガイドチューブに取り付けられたガイドハンドルを含むガイドと、
を含むことを特徴とする、インプラントの位置決めのためのシステム。 - 前記ガイドチューブが、スロット付き内腔を含む、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記ガイドチューブが、その長さに沿って湾曲していることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記細長い機構本体は直線状の形状であり、前記ガイドチューブ内で拘束されると曲線状の形状をとることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 標的組織にインプラントを配置する方法であって、
(a)請求項11に記載のシステムを用いて、前記標的組織への経路を鈍的切開することと、
(b)前記ガイドの内腔を介して、インプラントを標的組織に送達することと、
(c)前記スロット付き内腔のスロットを介して、前記ガイドから前記インプラントを解放することと、
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - (b)が前記内腔に配置されたプランジャーによって行われることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記プランジャーは、前記標的組織内に前記インプラントを埋め込むための組織貫通遠位端を含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記標的組織がオブチュラートであり、前記インプラントが縫合糸またはメッシュスリングであることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
