Abstract
Description

Claims (13)
- 不均一な断面を有する複合プロファイルの引抜成形方法であって、
複合プロファイルの前縁スラグを引抜成形するための前縁スラグ用ダイを用意し、
複合プロファイルのプロファイル本体を引抜成形するための一次引抜成形ダイを、前記前縁スラグ用ダイの下流に用意し、
第1繊維セットを前記前縁スラグ用ダイに通し、
第2繊維セットを前記一次引抜成形ダイに通し、
前記前縁スラグ用ダイを加熱し、
前記一次引抜成形ダイを加熱し、
第1樹脂を前縁スラグウエットアウトバスに加え、
前記第1繊維セットと前記第1樹脂を前縁スラグ用ダイを通して引張って前縁スラグを形成し、
第2樹脂を主ウェットアウトバスに加え、および
前記第2繊維セットと前記第2樹脂を前記一次引抜成形ダイを通して引っ張ってプロファイル本体を形成しながら前縁スラグを一次引抜成形ダイに通して引っ張ることで前記前縁スラグを前記プロファイル本体と一体化させて複合プロファイルを形成する、方法。 - 前記第1繊維セットと前記第1樹脂を前縁スラグ用ダイを通して引張って前縁スラグを形成することが、前縁ウェイトインサートを形成するためのワイヤロープを挿入することをさらに有してなる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記前縁スラグを前記前縁スラグ用ダイで部分的に硬化することをさらに有してなる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 一次引抜成形ダイで前縁フラグの硬化を完了させることをさらに有してなる、請求項3記載の方法。
- 複合プロファイルの前縁スラグを引抜成形するための前縁スラグ用ダイを用意するステップ、
複合プロファイルのプロファイル本体を引抜成形するための一次引抜成形ダイを、前記前縁スラグ用ダイの下流に用意するステップ、
第1繊維セットを前記前縁スラグ用ダイに通すステップ、
第2繊維セットを前記一次引抜成形ダイに通すステップ、
前記前縁スラグ用ダイを加熱するステップ、
前記一次引抜成形ダイを加熱するステップ、
第1樹脂を前縁スラグウエットアウトバスに加えるステップ、
前記第1繊維セットと前記第1樹脂を前縁スラグ用ダイを通して引張って前縁スラグを形成するステップ、
第2樹脂を主ウェットアウトバスに加えるステップ、および
前記第2繊維セットと前記第2樹脂を前記一次引抜成形ダイを通して引っ張ってプロファイル本体を形成しながら前縁スラグを一次引抜成形ダイに通して引っ張ることで前記前縁スラグを前記プロファイル本体と一体化させて複合プロファイルを形成するステップにより作られる、不均一な断面を有する複合プロファイル。 - 前記第1樹脂がビニルエステル樹脂であり、前記第2樹脂がエポキシ樹脂である、請求項5のプロセスにより作られる複合プロファイル。
- 前記第1繊維セットが炭素繊維であり、前記第2繊維セットがガラス繊維である、請求項5のプロセスにより作られる複合プロファイル。
- 前縁ウェイトインサートを形成するために前記前縁スラグにワイヤロープを挿入することをさらに有してなる、請求項5のプロセスにより作られる複合プロファイル。
- 前記前縁スラグダイで前記前縁スラグを部分的に硬化させることをさらに有してなる、請求項5のプロセスにより作られる複合プロファイル。
- 前記一次引抜成形ダイで前記前縁スラグの硬化を完了させることをさらに有してなる、
請求項9のプロセスにより作られる複合プロファイル。 - 不均一な断面を有する複合プロファイルを引抜成形するための引抜成形ツーリングシステムであって、
第1の断面厚さを有する前記複合プロファイルの第1部分を引抜成形するための前縁スラグ用ダイ、
第2の断面厚さを有する前記複合プロファイルの第2部分を引抜成形するための一次引抜成形ダイであって、前記第2の断面厚さが前記第1の断面厚さよりも小さい、一次引抜成形ダイ、
前記複合プロファイルの前記第1部分に第1樹脂を加えるための前縁ウェットアウトバス、
前記複合プロファイルの前記第2部分を成形するためのマンドレル、
前記マンドレルの周りに繊維を巻き付けるためのオーバーラップインフィードツール、および
前記複合プロファイルの前記第2部分に第2樹脂を加えるための主ウェットアウトバスを有してなる、引抜成形ツーリングシステム。 - 前記複合プロファイルの前記第1部分にワイヤロープを挿入するためのワイヤロープスプールをさらに有してなる、請求項11の引抜成形ツーリングシステム。
- 前記前縁スラグの長さが前記一次引抜成形ダイの長さよりも大きい、請求項11の引抜成形ツーリングシステム。
