Abstract
Description

消毒チャンバーは、1つ以上のチャンバー壁35で囲まれ、チャンバー壁35は、UVC光が透過できるようにするため、UVC光に対して透明な材料から作られた複数の窓36を含む。UVC LEDチップ36は光ボード37に接着されている。この光ボード37は、チャンバー壁の外側に取り付けられ、UVC LEDチップ36が窓36に対向できるようにし、窓36を通してUVC光をチャンバー内に伝達することができるようにしている。ヒートシンク39は、熱伝達を伝達・放熱するため、必要に応じて光ボード37の裏面に載置されてもよい。
Claims (20)
- 基部と基部から延在する少なくとも1つの直立壁を有する筐体を規定するよう構成された複数のモジュール;及び
筐体を囲うために少なくとも1つの直立壁に載置されるように構成された蓋部材を含み、
上記各モジュールはその上に設けた複数のUVC LEDを有する内面を含み、複数の各UVC LEDが筐体内に配置された医療機器の全表面を照射するためUVC光を発出するよう作動可能である、医療機器用の消毒用筐体。 - 上記各モジュールは、UVC LEDで生じた熱をその内面から放散する放熱部材を更に含む、医療機器用の消毒用筐体。
- 複数のモジュールは、筐体の少なくとも1つの直立壁を形成するための複数の側壁モジュール及び筐体の基部を形成するための少なくとも1つの基部モジュールを含む、請求項1に記載された消毒用筐体。
- 少なくとも1つの基部モジュールは筐体の基部を覆うように構成された複数の基部モジュール片を含む、請求項5に記載された消毒用筐体。
- 複数の基部モジュール片が筐体の基部を形成するように構成された複数の平坦及び/又は湾曲した部片を含む、請求項6に記載された消毒用筐体。
- 少なくとも1つの基部モジュールが平坦面を有する単一片を含む、請求項5に記載された消毒用筐体。
- 少なくとも1つの基部モジュールが、筐体内に配置された超音波トランスデューサの照射を行うため、それに載置された1つ又は複数のUVC LEDを有する、請求項5から8のいずれかに記載された消毒用筐体。
- 側部モジュールは実質的に平坦面又は平面に構成されている、請求項5に記載された消毒用筐体。
- 側壁モジュールが複数の平坦面又は曲面を含み、その各々はそれに配置された1以上のUVC LEDを有する、請求項5に記載された消毒用筐体。
- 筐体を形成するため複数のモジュールを挿入する複数の開放空間を有する枠部材を更に含む、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載された消毒用筐体。
- 筐体が多面形の形態でありかつモジュールが多面体の基部と側壁を形成する、請求項12に記載された消毒用筐体。
- 多面体は8面体である、請求項13に記載された消毒用筐体。
- 放熱部材は、各モジュールの外面に載置された、UVC LEDからの熱を筐体外に伝導するヒートシンクを含む、請求項2に記載された消毒用筐体。
- UVC LEDと医療機器間の距離は、1cmより大きくかつ20cm未満である、請求項1から15のいずれかに記載された消毒用筐体。
- 蓋部材が医療機器を筐体内部に吊り下げ又は保持するための懸架又はクランプ機構を含む、請求項1から16のいずれかに記載された消毒用筐体。
- 筐体の内面が医療機器の筐体の基部に対する位置決めを助けるための1以上のインジケータを有する、請求項1から17のいずれかに記載された消毒用筐体。
- 医療機器が超音波トランスデューサである、請求項1から18のいずれかに記載された消毒用筐体。
- 閉鎖空間を形成するように構成された複数のチャンバー壁を含み、各チャンバー壁は、その中に形成された複数の窓を有し、各窓はUVC光が透過できるようにUVC光に対して透明であるように構成されており、1つ以上のUVC LEDチップがチャンバー壁の外側に取り付けられた光ボードに載置され、そこに載置された1つ以上のUVC LEDチップが窓を通してUVC光を閉鎖空間中に透過させるため、窓に隣接して配置された、消毒用チャンバーであって、
1つ以上のヒートシンクが、1つ以上のUVC LEDチップによって発生する熱伝達を伝達及び放熱するため、光ボードの裏面に載置される、消毒用チャンバー。
