Claims (11)
- ヒト対象における多形性神経膠芽腫(GBM)を処置するための免疫療法組成物であって、
(i) (a)HCMVに見出されるpp65タンパク質の上流に融合した、マウス白血病ウイルス(MLV)に見出されるgagタンパク質のN末端部分を含む融合タンパク質、及び
(b)HCMVに見出される糖タンパク質(gB)タンパク質を含むポリペプチド
を含む、ウイルス様粒子(VLP)、並びに
(ii) GM-CSF
を含み、
前記VLPが、1用量当たり少なくとも4μgのgB/pp65 Gagの量で存在する、免疫療法組成物。 - 前記融合タンパク質が、配列番号4に少なくとも85%同一であるアミノ酸配列を含み、前記ポリペプチドが、配列番号7に少なくとも85%同一であるアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項1に記載の免疫療法組成物。
- 前記融合タンパク質が、配列番号4のアミノ酸配列を含み、前記ポリペプチドが配列番号7のアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項1に記載の免疫療法組成物。
- 前記GM-CSFが、1用量当たり少なくとも200μgの量で存在する、請求項1に記載の免疫療法組成物。
- 請求項1に記載の組成物を対象に投与することを含む、GBMを有する対象を処置する方法。

- 前記融合タンパク質が、配列番号4のアミノ酸配列を含み、前記ポリペプチドが配列番号7のアミノ酸配列を含む、請求項7に記載の免疫療法組成物。
- 前記GM-CSFが、1用量当たり少なくとも200μgの量で存在する、請求項6に記載の免疫療法組成物。
- 請求項6に記載の組成物を対象に投与することを含む、GBMを有する対象を処置する方法。
- 前記対象が、HCMVに対する免疫の調節不全を示し、前記調節不全が、HCMV gBタンパク質に対する検出可能な抗体応答の欠如によって測定される、請求項10に記載の方法。
