Abstract

According to the invention, this object set is solved by the fact that the combing or brushing instrument is between the working end and the pinching area. Figure 5b shows an embodiment having a plurality of tufts 20 of bristles, such tufts being distributed annularly around the pencil. In other words, according to this embodiment, the bristles are grouped into clusters to form "dots" which in turn form rows that circularly surround the pencil.
