Claims (15)
- 電極及び分離膜が積層された電極組立体を内部に収容するパウチ型電池ケースであって、
パウチフィルムにそれぞれ陥没形成されている第1コップ部及び第2コップ部と、
前記第1コップ部及び前記第2コップ部の間に、前記第1コップ部及び前記第2コップ部が互いに対向する角部の長手方向に形成され、前記電極組立体の一側が収納される収納部と、
前記収納部の両端から延在され、前記パウチフィルムに陥没形成されている傾斜部と、
前記傾斜部の外側端から直線状に延在され、前記収納部の長手方向と同一の方向に前記パウチフィルムに陥没形成されている線形成部と、
を含む、二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記傾斜部は、
前記収納部の一端の角部と共有する角部の長さに対する前記外側端までの高さの比率が0.25より大きい、請求項1に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記傾斜部は、
前記収納部の一端の角部と共有する角部の長さに対する前記外側端までの高さの比率が0.6より小さい、請求項2に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記傾斜部は、
多角形状を有し、前記パウチフィルムが陥没形成されている、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記傾斜部は、
三角形又は台形の形状を有する、請求項4に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記傾斜部は、
二等辺三角形状に陥没形成されている、請求項5に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記傾斜部は、
前記多角形の頂点が面取り又はフィレットされる、請求項4~6の何れか一項に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記傾斜部は、
前記収納部から前記線形成部に行くほど徐々に深さが浅くなる、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記線形成部は、
前記パウチフィルムの一側角部まで陥没形成されている、請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記線形成部は、
V字状に陥没形成されている、請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記線形成部は、
U字状に陥没形成されている、請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 前記収納部、前記傾斜部及び前記線形成部は、
一回の引抜成形で共に形成される、請求項1~11の何れか一項に記載の二次電池用電池ケース。 - 電極及び分離膜を交互に積層して形成される電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体を内部に収容する電池ケースと、を含み、
前記電池ケースは、
パウチフィルムにそれぞれ陥没形成されている第1コップ部及び第2コップ部と、
前記第1コップ部及び前記第2コップ部の間に、前記第1コップ部及び前記第2コップ部が互いに対向する角部の長手方向に形成され、前記電極組立体の一側が収納される収納部と、
前記収納部の両端から延在され、前記パウチフィルムに陥没形成されている傾斜部と、
前記傾斜部の外側端から直線状に延在され、前記収納部の長手方向と同一の方向に前記パウチフィルムに陥没形成されている線形成部と、
を含む、パウチ型二次電池。 - 前記傾斜部は、
前記収納部の一端の角部と共有する角部の長さに対する前記外側端までの高さの比率が0.25より大きい、請求項13に記載のパウチ型二次電池。 - 前記傾斜部は、
前記収納部の一端の角部と共有する角部の長さに対する前記外側端までの高さの比率が0.6より小さい、請求項14に記載のパウチ型二次電池。
