Abstract
Description
図2に示すように、油田石油収集輸送パイプライン用グラフェン加熱保温ジャケットを構成する2本の半円形パイプがしっかりと結合し、グラフェン層(2)の両端の電極層(3)から引き出された電線(11)を防爆サーモスタット(13)に接続し、防爆サーモスタットから引き出された電線(11)を電源(15)に接続し、防爆サーモスタットから引き出された温度検知プローブ(14)をグラフェンの加熱保温ジャケット内に挿入して、油田石油収集輸送パイプライン(10)の外面に密着させた。
Claims (1)
- 耐高温絶縁層、加熱層及び電極層、防水・帯電防止保温層、外殻を含み、加熱層はグラフェン層であり、グラフェン層及び電極層と防水・帯電防止保温層との間の耐高温絶縁層は耐高温セラミック層であり、耐高温絶縁層、グラフェン層及び電極層、耐高温セラミック層、防水・帯電防止保温層及び外殻は順番に貼合され、油田石油収集輸送パイプライン用グラフェン加熱保温ジャケットは、2つの半円筒形部品で構成され、油田石油収集輸送パイプライン用グラフェン加熱保温ジャケットの2つ半円筒部分がしっかりと結合すると、石油収集輸送パイプラインを、石油収集輸送パイプライン用グラフェン加熱保温ジャケット内に包むことができ、各半円筒部分の外殻の両端には、半円筒部分の軸に垂直な半円形のシールカバーがそれぞれあり、半円形シールカバーの円の中心に半円形の穴があり、シールカバーの内側には防水・帯電防止保温層で覆われ、油田石油収集輸送パイプライン用グラフェン加熱保温ジャケットの軸に平行な2つの半円筒部分の接合面には、それぞれ対応する縦方向のシール係合溝があり、油田石油収集輸送パイプライン用グラフェン加熱保温ジャケットの2つの半円筒部分は、2つ以上の掛け金で円周方向にしっかりと結合することを特徴とする油田石油収集輸送パイプライン用グラフェン加熱保温ジャケット。
