サンプル収集チャンバ(200)の開口部とシールを形成するように構成されたサンプル収集チャンバコネクタ(150)であって、前記コネクタは、周囲(P)を画定し、前記サンプル出口(190)および前記戻り入口(195)は、前記周囲(P)内部に配置される、サンプル収集チャンバコネクタ(150)と、
を備え、
前記呼吸サンプル採取器(100)は、前記サンプル収集チャンバコネクタ(150)に結合されたサンプル収集チャンバ(200)を更に備え、前記サンプル収集チャンバ(200)は、液体捕捉媒体として作用するように構成された一定量の液体を含む液体捕捉界面(310)を備える、呼吸サンプル採取器(100)。 - 前記呼吸サンプルを前記液体捕捉界面(310)に送達するために、前記サンプル出口(190)に結合されたサンプル送達管(300)を更に備える、請求項1に記載の呼吸サンプル採取器(100)。
- 前記サンプル送達管(300)に結合されたディフューザ(120)を更に備え、前記ディフューザ(120)は、入口と、前記入口からの前記呼吸サンプルを複数の流れに分割するためのチャネルのネットワークとを備える、請求項2に記載の呼吸サンプル採取器(100)。
- 前記空気ダイバータ(170)は、前記サンプル送達部(120)の縦軸を横断する平面内に延在する壁を備える、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸サンプル採取器(100)。
- 前記サンプル出口(190)に送達された呼吸の体積を測定するように構成された体積型呼吸定量器(1000)を更に備える、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸サンプル採取器(100)。
- 前記体積型呼吸定量器(1000)は、前記呼吸サンプルを少なくとも2つのサブサンプルに分離するように構成される、請求項5に記載の呼吸サンプル採取器(100)。
- 前記体積型呼吸サンプル採取器(1000)は、第1のサブサンプルが前記サンプル収集チャンバ(200)に送達されるのを防止するために、前記サンプル出口を選択的に閉じるように構成された閉鎖部材を更に備える、請求項6に記載の呼吸サンプル採取器(100)。
- 前記体積型呼吸定量器(1000)は、所定の体積の呼吸が前記体積型呼吸定量器(1000)に入ったときに前記閉鎖部材を開くように構成されたジュネーブ歯車(1018)を含む、請求項7に記載の呼吸サンプル採取器(100)。
- 前記体積型呼吸定量器(1000)は、前記出口弁(190)の下流に位置決めされ、
前記呼吸流路内部に回転できるように装着され、画定された呼吸量によって回転自在に変位されるように構成された少なくとも1つのフィンを含むターンスタイル(1010)と、
ターンスタイル(1010)とジュネーブ歯車(1018)の間の歯車式結合装置と、を備え、
前記ターンスタイル(1010)は、前記ジュネーブ歯車(1018)を第1位置から第2位置に移動させるように構成され、
前記ジュネーブ歯車(1018)を第1位置から第2位置に移動させることにより、前記閉鎖部材(例えば、バイナリバルブ)を開いて、第2サブサンプルを前記サンプル収集チャンバ(200)に送達することを可能にするように構成される、請求項8に記載の呼吸サンプル採取器(100)。 - 選択的に接続可能な複数のモジュールを更に備える、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸サンプル採取器(100)。
- 第1モジュールは、非再呼吸部(110)、一方向出口弁(160)および一方向空気入口(140)を備え、
第2モジュールは、サンプル送達部(120)とサンプル収集チャンバ接続装置(150)とを備える、請求項10に記載の呼吸サンプル採取器(100)。 - 前記サンプル送達管(300)は、前記サンプル出口(190)に取り外し可能に接続される、請求項2に従属する場合の請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸サンプル採取器(100)。
- 前記非再呼吸部(110)と流体連通する送達ポート(510)をさらに備え、前記送達ポートは、ネブライザ(520)に接続するように構成される、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸サンプル採取器(100)。
- 前記サンプル収集チャンバ(200)が、統合された検査モジュール(1400)を更に備える、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸サンプル採取器(100)。
- 前記統合された検査モジュール(1400)はラボオンチップデバイスである、請求項14に記載の呼吸サンプル採取器(100)。
- 前記統合された検査モジュール(1400)は、PCRユニットを備える、請求項15に記載の呼吸サンプル採取器(100)。
- 非再呼吸部(110)およびサンプル送達部(120)のうちの少なくとも1つは、更なるバイオマーカー、例えば、核酸、サイトカイン、ケモカイン、C反応性タンパク質、宿主および/または病原体を測定するように構成されたセンサを備える、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載の呼吸サンプル採取器(100)。
