Claims (15)
- ロータブレード(1)の外面(2)に取り付けられたアドオン部品(3)の縁部(3E)からの移行部を作製するための方法であって、
- シーラントコンパウンド(LS)で覆われる前記ロータブレードの表面(2)と前記アドオン部品(3)との塗布領域を肉薄の平滑なマスキングテープ(8)で画定するステップと、
- 前記塗布領域へ前記シーラント(LS)を分配するステップと、
- 前記シーラント(LS)を分布させるステップと、
- 前記マスキングテープ(8)を除去するステップと、
- 可撓性ツール(7)でシーラント(LS)の移行段差を平滑化するステップと
を含む、方法。 - 前記シーラント(LS)が、前記アドオン(3)の前記縁部(3E)と重畳するように形成される、請求項1記載の方法。

- 前記シーラント(LS)の分布よりも後で、前記マスキングテープ(8)の除去よりは前に、前記シーラント(LS)が、前記ブレード(1)の長手方向に移動させられるツール、好ましくは前記可撓性ツール(7)で平滑化され、前記ツール(7)が、好ましくは、特に前記ブレード(1)の前縁部形状の曲率と一致する曲率で、前記ブレード(1)の形状に適合するように設計される、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記シーラント(LS)が、前記アドオンの適用中に形成されたギャップおよび表面の隙間に流れ込み、平滑な仕上がりを確保するのに十分な流動性を有し、好ましくは、
- 前記シーラント(LS)が、前記ブレードの表面(2)の表面自由エネルギーよりも低い表面張力を有し、かつ/または
- 前記シーラント(LS)が、前記ブレードの耐用年数全体にわたって、各々の表面に発生する、特に2N/mmより大きい剥離力に対する十分な耐性を有し、かつ/または
- 前記シーラント(LS)が、4MPaより大きく、かつ/または8MPaより小さい引張強度を有し、かつ/または
- 前記シーラント(LS)が、80%より大きく、かつ/または130%より小さい破断時の伸び率を有し、かつ/または
- 前記シーラント(LS)が、8MPaより大きく、かつ/または150MPaより小さいヤング率を有し、かつ/または
- 前記シーラント(LS)が、液体状態と、硬化状態または架橋状態との両方の前記シーリング材で、固体粒子、特に充填材粒子、充填材粒子の凝集体、ゲル粒子の、最大200μmに制限された最大サイズを有する、
請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 - 前記塗布領域に前記シーラント(LS)を分配する前に、最初に、充填材(F)が、長手方向の前記アドオンの縁部(3E)に沿って塗布され、前記充填材(F)が、好ましくは、速硬化性接着剤および/または高粘度接着剤であり、前記シーラント(LS)が、キュアーされたまたは硬化させられた充填材(F)の上に塗布される、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記シーラント(LS)が、前記アドオン(3)を前記ロータブレードの表面(2)に固定するために使用される接着剤(4)と同一の材料を含む、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- ロータブレード(1)の外面(2)に取り付けられた少なくとも1つのアドオン部品(3)と、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の方法で形成された縁部シール(S)とを備える、風力タービンロータブレード(2)。
- 前記アドオン部品(3)が、前縁部保護カバー、後縁部パネル、渦発生器パネル、スポイラ、プレートまたはセンサパネルのいずれかを備える、請求項13記載の風力タービンロータブレード。
- 前記アドオン部品(3)の長手方向縁部(3E)における厚さが、0.5~1.5mmの範囲にある、請求項13または14記載の風力タービンロータブレード。
