Claims (14)
- -衝撃装置(1)であって、
--フレーム(2)、
--前記フレーム(2)内の圧力室(3a、3b)、及び
--前記衝撃装置(1)内に配置されたピストン(4)
を備える衝撃装置(1)と、
-前記衝撃装置(1)をキャリッジ(6)に取り付けるための後方装着設備(5)と、
-前記衝撃装置(1)を機械部品(10)に取り付けるための前方装着設備(7)と、
-前記ピストンの軸方向(X)において前記後方装着設備(5)の前側に配置された少なくとも1つの前方蓄圧器(8)と、
-前記後方装着設備(5)の背側に配置された少なくとも1つの後方蓄圧器(9)と
を備え、
-前記前方蓄圧器(8)及び前記後方蓄圧器(9)は前記圧力室(3a、3b)のうちの1つに接続され、前記圧力室(3a、3b)内の圧力変動を吸収するように配置される、削岩設備(100)。 - 少なくとも2つの前方蓄圧器(8)を備える、請求項1に記載の設備。
- 4つの前方蓄圧器(8)を備える、請求項1又は2に記載の設備。
- 少なくとも2つの後方蓄圧器(9)を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の設備。
- 前記前方蓄圧器(8)の少なくとも1つが高圧(HP)蓄圧器であり、そのプレチャージ圧力が50~150バール、好ましくは50~100バールの範囲内である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の設備。
- 前記前方蓄圧器(8)の各々が高圧(HP)蓄圧器である、請求項5に記載の設備。
- 前記後方蓄圧器(9)の少なくとも1つが低圧(LP)蓄圧器であり、そのプレチャージ圧力が1~5バール、好ましくは2~4バールの範囲内である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の設備。
- 前記後方蓄圧器(9)の各々が低圧(LP)蓄圧器である、請求項7に記載の設備。
- 前記蓄圧器(8、9)が前記フレーム(2)の側面に配置される、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の設備。
- 前記蓄圧器(8、9)の少なくとも1つが、前記フレーム(2)の上部に配置される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の設備。
- 前記ピストンの前記軸方向(X)の異なる位置に配置された2つの低圧(LP)蓄圧器を備える、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の設備。
- 前記後方装着設備(5)が、前記軸方向(X)に対して垂直に位置合わせされる、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の設備。
- 前記後方装着設備(5)が、前記軸方向(X)に対して斜めに位置合わせされる、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の設備。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載の掘削設備(100)を備える削岩機。
