本出願は、2019年8月16日付韓国特許出願第10-2019-0100469号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として組み含まれる。
Claims (17)
- 電極組立体が金属カンに内蔵され、上端キャップには排気口が形成された円筒形電池であって、
前記電極組立体の上端に位置する安全ベントにガス排出部材が備えられ、前記ガス排出部材は少なくとも二つの薄膜を有する薄膜部を含む円筒形電池。 - 前記ガス排出部材は、排出部、連結部および折曲部を含む、請求項1に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記薄膜部は、第1薄膜および第2薄膜を含む、請求項2に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記第1薄膜と前記第2薄膜は、互いに向き合い、中心部位(S)で接触された、請求項3に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記第1薄膜と前記第2薄膜は、前記排出部に真空状態が形成されると互いに分離される、請求項4に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記第1薄膜と前記第2薄膜は、アーチ形状である、請求項3から5のいずれか一項に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記第1薄膜と前記第2薄膜は、金属素材からなる、請求項3から6のいずれか一項に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記第1薄膜と前記第2薄膜は、前記排出部の長軸に沿って配列された、請求項3から7のいずれか一項に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記第1薄膜と前記第2薄膜は、前記排出部の内面に連結された、請求項3から8のいずれか一項に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記第1薄膜と前記第2薄膜は、形状記憶合金からなる、請求項3から9のいずれか一項に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記形状記憶合金は、チタンニッケル合金である、請求項10に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記ガス排出部材は、前記上端キャップと前記安全ベントが接触する周縁に形成された、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記ガス排出部材は、前記排気口が形成された部位に位置する、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記排出部の一側は前記折曲部に連結され、前記排出部の他側は開放された構造である、請求項2に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記排出部の一側にはスロット形状のガス流入口が形成された、請求項2に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記折曲部にはシワが形成された、請求項2に記載の円筒形電池。
- 前記排出部は、X軸、Y軸およびZ軸方向に折り曲げられる、請求項16に記載の円筒形電池。
