Abstract
Description
図3~図5は本発明の第1実施形態による変形性継手部320の様々な変形例を図示した断面図であり、図1~図5を参照すると、本発明の第1実施形態による変形性継手部320は、前記複数の平滑部310を連結し、前記真空ジャケット300の内部空間の変形に対応して伸縮可能な高分子弾性体231からなることができる。
図6は本発明の第2実施形態による真空断熱装置1000を図示した斜視図であり、図7および図8は本発明の第2実施形態による低温断熱層200の様々な変形例を図示した断面図であり、図9は図6のAA’断面による内部排出空間210の様々な変形例を図示した断面図であり、図6~図9を参照すると、本発明の第2実施形態による真空断熱装置1000の低温断熱層200は、複数からなるが、前記複数の低温断熱層200は、互いに離隔するように備えられ、この際、隣接する複数の低温断熱層200の間に、前記真空ポンプ410と連結され、真空形成のための流路をなす内部排出空間210を形成することができる。
図10は本発明の第3実施形態による真空断熱装置1000を図示した断面図であり、図10を参照すると、本発明の第3実施形態による真空断熱装置1000の前記変形性継手部320は、前記複数の平滑部310と一体に形成され、この際、厚さ方向の外側に湾曲した凹凸部322をなし、前記凹凸部322は、前記真空ジャケット300の内部空間の収縮または膨張に応じて変形されることができる。
図17~図21は本発明の第4実施形態による真空断熱装置を図示した断面図であり、図17~図21を参照すると、本発明の第4実施形態による真空断熱装置1000は、前記真空ジャケット300が前記低温断熱層200の外面を包み、前記柔軟構造を有する柔軟部340と前記真空ジャケット300の少なくとも一部が強健な構造に構成されて、前記真空断熱装置1000を支持する強健部330からなることが好ましく、この際、前記強健な構造は、前記強健部330をなす真空ジャケット300が前記真空断熱装置1000を支持するための補強材または支持体などと結合可能であるか、自ら前記真空断熱装置1000の荷重を支持するように形成された構造を有することを意味し、例えば、前記強健な構造は、前記低温タンク100の外皮110をなすインバー鋼(invar steel)からなり、前記柔軟部340は、上述の変形性継手部320からなることが好ましい。

Claims (20)
- 内部に超低温流体を収容する貯蔵空間を有する低温タンクと、
前記低温タンクの外皮を包むように備えられる低温断熱層と、
内部空間が真空状態に維持され、前記低温断熱層の外面を包むように密封されて外部との気密を維持する真空ジャケットとを含み、
前記真空ジャケットは、少なくとも一部が収縮または膨張可能な柔軟構造を有することを特徴とする、低温タンク用真空断熱装置。 - 前記真空ジャケットは、
前記低温断熱層の外面を包み、互いに所定距離離隔した平板からなる複数の平滑部と、
前記複数の平滑部の間に形成され、前記柔軟構造を有する変形性継手部とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の低温タンク用真空断熱装置。 - 前記変形性継手部は、前記複数の平滑部を連結し、前記真空ジャケットの内部空間の変形に対応して伸縮可能な高分子弾性体からなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の低温タンク用真空断熱装置。
- 前記高分子弾性体は、前記複数の平滑部の間に介在され、前記複数の平滑部の幅方向への外側端に接着されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の低温タンク用真空断熱装置。
- 前記複数の平滑部は、隣接する少なくとも一つ以上の平滑部と厚さ方向に互いに重なるように備えられ、前記内部空間の変形時に摺動して、前記内部空間の収縮または膨張に対応し、
前記高分子弾性体は、前記複数の平滑部に重なった部位の上面に備えられ、前記真空ジャケットの気密を維持し、前記平滑部の変形に対応して伸縮するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の低温タンク用真空断熱装置。 - 前記低温断熱層は複数からなり、
前記複数の低温断熱層は、互いに離隔するように備えられ、隣接する前記複数の低温断熱層の間に真空形成のための流路をなす内部排出空間を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の低温タンク用真空断熱装置。 - 前記複数の低温断熱層は、厚さ方向に多層をなすように備えられ、
前記低温タンクの外皮、前記真空ジャケットまたは前記隣接する低温断熱層のうち少なくとも一つ以上と固定ボルトを用いて所定距離離隔するように固定されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の低温タンク用真空断熱装置。 - 前記真空断熱装置は、前記内部排出空間に備えられ、外周面に前記真空ジャケットの内部空間と連通した吸入孔が形成された排出パイプをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の低温タンク用真空断熱装置。
- 前記変形性継手部は、前記複数の平滑部と一体に形成され、
厚さ方向への外側に湾曲した凹凸部を成し、前記凹凸部は、前記真空ジャケットの内部空間の収縮または膨張によって変形されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の低温タンク用真空断熱装置。 - 前記変形性継手部は、厚さ方向の外側に湾曲した前記凹凸部の内側に、真空形成のための流路をなす内部排出空間を形成することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の低温タンク用真空断熱装置。
- 前記真空ジャケットは、前記複数の平滑部が互いに溶接されて一体をなし、
前記真空ジャケットの外面に設けられる溶接線は、前記真空ジャケットの内部空間に備えられ、前記内部排出空間と一致する位置に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の低温タンク用真空断熱装置。 - 前記真空ジャケットは、前記複数の平滑部が互いに溶接されて一体をなし、
前記真空断熱装置は、前記真空ジャケットの外面に設けられる溶接線の内側に備えられ、前記溶接線付近の低温断熱層の熱変形を防止する高温断熱材をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の低温タンク用真空断熱装置。 - 前記真空ジャケットは、前記低温断熱層の外面を包む第1真空ジャケットと、前記第1真空ジャケットの外面を包むように備えられる第2真空ジャケットとを含み、
前記真空断熱装置は、前記第1真空ジャケットと前記第2真空ジャケットとの間に介在され、前記第1真空ジャケットと前記第2真空ジャケットを所定距離離隔させるように備えられるスペーサをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の低温タンク用真空断熱装置。 - 前記真空ジャケットは、前記低温断熱層の外面を包んで前記柔軟構造を有する柔軟部と、前記真空ジャケットの少なくとも一部が強健な構造に構成され、前記真空断熱装置を支持する強健部からなることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項13のいずれか一項に記載の低温タンク用真空断熱装置。
- 前記低温タンクは、多面体からなり、
前記柔軟部は、前記真空ジャケットの平面をなす前記低温断熱層の外面を包むように形成され、前記強健部は、前記真空ジャケットの角をなす前記低温断熱層の外面を包むように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の低温タンク用真空断熱装置。 - 前記真空ジャケットは、前記強健部の内側に真空形成のための流路をなす内部排出空間を形成することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の低温タンク用真空断熱装置。
- 前記強健部は、前記真空ジャケットの下部をなす前記低温断熱層の外面を包むように形成され、前記真空断熱装置の底面を支持することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の低温タンク用真空断熱装置。
- 前記真空断熱装置は、前記低温タンクを空中に浮かべた状態で支持し、前記真空ジャケットの下端が地盤から所定距離離隔するように形成されるタンク支持体をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の低温タンク用真空断熱装置。
- 前記タンク支持体は、
前記低温タンクの上面に連結されるタンク掛けと、
前記タンク掛けを支持し、前記真空ジャケットの一部をなす上部支持体と、
前記真空ジャケットの下端が地盤から離隔するように上方に延び、前記上部支持体を支持する側面支持体とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の低温タンク用真空断熱装置。 - 前記タンク支持体は、
前記低温タンクの側面に連結されるタンク掛けと、
前記真空ジャケットの一部をなし、前記真空ジャケットの下端が地盤から離隔するように上方に延びて前記タンク掛けを支持する側面支持体とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の低温タンク用真空断熱装置。
