Abstract
Description

Claims (20)
- 命令を格納するためのメモリと、
前記命令を実行するように動作可能な前記メモリと結合された処理回路と、を備えた装置であって、
前記命令は、実行されると、前記処理回路に、
i)ターゲットの1つまたは複数の画像、およびii)前記ターゲットの1つまたは複数のビデオのうちの少なくとも1つを含む代表的なデータセットを受信することであって、前記ターゲットは、i)環境、ii)ライブエンティティ、およびiii)オブジェクトのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、ことと、
前記代表的なデータセットを処理して、前記ターゲットのヒストグラムを作成することと、
前記ヒストグラムに基づいて、前記ターゲットに関連付けられた最も一般的な複数の色を識別することと、
前記ヒストグラムに基づいて関連する複数の色を決定することであって、前記関連する複数の色は、i)前記ターゲットに関して存在しない色、およびii)前記ターゲットに関連付けられた最も一般的でない色のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、ことと、
前記関連する複数の色を使用してマトリックスを作成することであって、前記マトリックスは、前記ターゲットに関連付けられている、ことと、
を実行させる、
装置。 - 前記ターゲットは、環境であり、前記マトリックスは、前記環境内に配置されたマトリックスバーコードであり、前記処理回路は、
前記関連する複数の色と前記最も一般的な複数の色との間の複数の色を含む、追加の色の範囲を決定すること、
をさらに実行させ、
前記処理回路は、追加の複数の色を使用して前記マトリックスバーコードを作成することを含む前記マトリックスを作成するように構成される、
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記最も一般的な複数の色を識別するように構成された処理回路は、前記最も一般的な複数の色がRGB色空間に従ってマッピングされるように、三刺激値色システムを利用することを含む、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記最も一般的な複数の色を識別するように構成された処理回路は、前記マッピングされたRGB色空間を他の色空間に変換することをさらに含み、前記他の色空間は、少なくとも1つの輝度チャネルを有する、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記ヒストグラムに基づいて前記関連する複数の色を決定するように構成された処理回路は、前記他の色空間に従って前記最も一般的な複数の色のそれぞれについて色座標の少なくとも1セットを決定し、前記他の色空間に従って前記関連する複数の色に対応する色座標の少なくとも1つのセットを決定することを含み、前記最も一般的な複数の色の座標の少なくとも1つのセットは、前記他の色空間に関して、前記関連する複数の色の座標の少なくとも1つのセットに対して垂直である、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記ヒストグラムに基づいて前記関連する複数の色を決定するように構成された処理回路は、前記複数の座標のすべてを得るために前記少なくとも1つの輝度チャネルをフィルタリングすることと、前記最も一般的な複数の色の前記複数の座標と前記関連する複数の色の前記複数の座標との間の、前記他の色空間に関する最大距離を決定することと、をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記マトリックスバーコードは、コンピュータデータに埋め込まれ、前記コンピュータデータは、前記関連する複数の色に関連付けられた複数のピクセルによって表され、前記複数のピクセルは、前記マトリックスバーコードを形成する少なくとも3つの色チャネルに関連付けられている、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 物理媒体を介して表示され、環境に関連付けられたマトリックスを検出することであって、前記マトリックスは、複数の非黒および非白の色を含み、前記複数の非黒および非白の色のそれぞれは、i)前記環境に関連して存在しない色、およびii)前記環境に関連付けられた最も一般的でない色のうちの少なくとも1つである、こと、
を含む方法。 - 前記マトリックスは、マトリックスバーコードであり、前記マトリックスバーコードは、RGB色空間および前記RGB色空間の派生色空間から導出され、前記派生色空間は、フィルタリングされた輝度チャネルを含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記マトリックスバーコードは、少なくとも4つの区別できる色を含み、前記4つの色のそれぞれは、互いに異なる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記マトリックスバーコードは、コンピュータディスプレイによって表示され、前記マトリックスバーコードの検出は、前記コンピュータディスプレイの表面に沿っている、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記マトリックスバーコードは、物理的材料に埋め込まれ、前記検出は、前記物理的材料の表面に沿っている、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも4つの区別できる色のそれぞれは、前記最も一般的な複数の色のそれぞれとは異なる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記環境は、少なくとも4つの一般的な色を含み、前記少なくとも4つの区別できる色のそれぞれは、前記派生色空間に沿った前記少なくとも4つの区別できる色のそれぞれに対応する複数の座標から導出され、前記派生色空間は、前記少なくとも4つの一般的な色を表す複数の座標セットを含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも4つの区別できる色は、それぞれ、前記派生色空間の区別できる座標セットに対応し、前記少なくとも4つの区別できる色のそれぞれは、前記少なくとも4つの一般的な色を表す前記複数の座標セットのうちの少なくとも1つに関して最大の反対の座標関係を有することに基づいて選択される、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 物理媒体を介して表示され、環境に関連付けられたマトリックスバーコードを備える製品であって、前記マトリックスバーコードは、複数の非黒および非白の色を含み、前記マトリックスバーコードは、コンピュータデータに埋め込まれ、前記コンピュータデータは、非黒および非白の色に関連付けられた複数のピクセルによって表され、前記複数のピクセルは、前記マトリックスバーコードを形成する少なくとも3つの色チャネルに関連付けられている、製品。
- 前記マトリックスバーコードは、少なくとも4つの色を含み、前記4つの色のそれぞれは、互いに異なり、前記少なくとも4つの色のそれぞれは、互いに、かつ前記環境内の少なくとも一般的な色とは異なる、請求項16に記載の製品。
- 前記物理媒体は、前記マトリックスバーコードを表示するコンピュータディスプレイである、請求項17に記載の製品。
- 前記物理媒体は、物理的材料であり、前記マトリックスバーコードは、その上に埋め込まれている、請求項17に記載の製品。
