Claims (29)
- 土工機器用摩耗アセンブリーであって、

前記摩耗部材を前記アダプターに固定するためのロックと、
前記独立した保持構造のそれぞれに取り付けられる摩耗キャップと、を含む、摩耗アセンブリー。 - 前記アダプターが、前記土工機器の基部に沿って延在する内側脚を含み、前記内側表面が前記内側脚にわたって延在する、請求項1に記載の摩耗アセンブリー。
- 前記アダプターが、前記内側脚から間隔を置く外側脚を含み、前記基部をまたぐ、請求項2に記載の摩耗アセンブリー。
- 前記ノーズの後方の外側表面を含み、前記外側表面が前記外側脚にわたって延在し、独立した保持構造を有する、請求項3に記載の摩耗アセンブリー。
- 前記摩耗キャップが互いに同一である、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の摩耗アセンブリー。
- 前記摩耗キャップが、前記内側表面の少なくとも50%を覆う、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の摩耗アセンブリー。
- 前記摩耗キャップが、前記内側表面の少なくとも70%を覆う、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の摩耗アセンブリー。
- 前記摩耗キャップが、前記内側および外側表面の少なくとも50%を覆う、請求項4に記載の摩耗アセンブリー。
- 前記摩耗キャップが、前記内側および外側表面の少なくとも70%を覆う、請求項4に記載の摩耗アセンブリー。
- 前記基部に沿って延在する前記アダプターの最大厚さが、前記基部の前方の前記アダプターの最大厚さよりもわずか10%厚い、請求項1~9のいずれかに記載の摩耗アセンブリー。
- 前記基部に沿って延在する前記アダプターの最大厚さが、前記基部の前方の前記アダプターの最大厚さよりもわずか9%厚い、請求項2~4のいずれかに記載の摩耗アセンブリー。
- 前記リップを覆う前記アダプターの最大厚さが、前記基部の前方の前記アダプターの最大厚さよりもわずか8.5%厚い、請求項2~4のいずれかに記載の摩耗アセンブリー。
- 前記内側脚の最大厚さが、前記基部の前方の前記アダプターの最大厚さの35%未満である、請求項2~4のいずれかに記載の摩耗アセンブリー。
- 前記内側脚の最大厚さが、前記基部の前方の前記アダプターの最大厚さの30%未満である、請求項2~4のいずれかに記載の摩耗アセンブリー。
- 前記内側脚の最大厚さが、前記基部の前方の前記アダプターの最大厚さの約26%である、請求項2~4のいずれかに記載の摩耗アセンブリー。
- 前記アダプターが、フックを受けるために前記内側表面上に持ち上げ穴を含む、請求項1~15のいずれかに記載の摩耗アセンブリー。
- 前記少なくとも二つの摩耗キャップが、前記持ち上げ穴を覆う、請求項16に記載の摩耗アセンブリー。

- 前記内側脚の最大厚さが、前記基部の前方の前記アダプターの最大厚さの35%未満である、請求項20に記載のアダプター。
- 前記内側脚の最大厚さが、前記基部の前方の前記アダプターの最大厚さの30%未満である、請求項20に記載のアダプター。
- 前記内側脚の最大厚さが、前記基部の前方の前記アダプターの最大厚さの約26%である、請求項20に記載のアダプター。
- 前記基部を受ける空洞を画定する前記内側脚から間隔を置いた、外側脚と、前記外側脚にわたって延在し、摩耗キャップを取り付けるための独立した保持構造を有する前記ノーズの後方の外側表面とを含む、請求項20~23のいずれかに記載のアダプター。
- 前記基部に沿って延在する前記アダプターの最大厚さが、前記基部の前方の前記アダプターの最大厚さよりもわずか10%厚い、請求項20~24のいずれかに記載のアダプター。
- 前記基部に沿って延在する前記アダプターの最大厚さが、前記基部の前方の前記アダプターの最大厚さよりもわずか9%厚い、請求項20~24のいずれかに記載のアダプター。
- 前記基部に沿って延在する前記アダプターの最大厚さが、前記基部の前方の前記アダプターの最大厚さよりもわずか8.5%厚い、請求項20~24のいずれかに記載のアダプター。
- 土工機器の基部上に取り付けるためのアダプターであって、摩耗部材を取り付けるための前方突出ノーズと、前記基部の上に延在する内側脚と、前記基部から離れて面する内側表面と、前記基部に向かって概ね延在し、前記アダプターを持ち上げるためのリフトフックを受けるように構成される、前記内側表面の少なくとも一つの穴とを含む、アダプター。
- 前記内側表面が、摩耗キャップの少なくとも一つが前記少なくとも一つの穴を覆うように、前記摩耗キャップを取り付けるための少なくとも二つの独立した保持構造を有する、請求項28に記載のアダプター。
