Abstract
Description
図1は、3Dプリント構造1の例示的な第1の実施形態の概略断面図を示し、3Dプリント構造1は、第1の軸Aに沿って延在する複数の層を有する第1の壁2を備える。第1の壁2は、一次構造層3、第1の可撓性層4、及び第2の可撓性層5を備える。この例示的な実施形態では、第1の壁2は、二次構造層6、三次構造層7、及び四次構造層8を含む。二次構造層6と三次構造層7、ならびに三次構造層7と四次構造層8は、それぞれ、2つの可撓性層9、10、及び、11、12によって分離されている。すなわち、一次構造層3及び第1、第3の可撓性層4の構造が、壁2の縦方向Aにおいて、壁2の長さに沿って繰り返されている。
Claims (13)
- 少なくとも第1の壁及び第2の壁を有する弾性材料の3Dプリント構造であって、
前記第1の壁及び前記第2の壁は、第1の軸の方向に前記第1の壁及び/または前記第2の壁に力が加えられたときに変形するように構成され、加えられた前記力が取り除かれたときに元の形態に戻るように構成され、
前記3Dプリント構造は、
第1の壁部と第2の壁部とを有する少なくとも1つの第1の層であって、前記第1の層内の前記第1の壁部は、少なくとも1つの一次構造層を備え、前記第1の層内の前記第2の壁部は、第1の可撓性層を備える、前記第1の層と、
第1の壁部と第2の壁部とを有する少なくとも1つの第2の層であって、前記第2の層内の前記第1の壁部は、第2の可撓性層を備える、前記第2の層と、を備え、
前記一次構造層は、第1の剛性を有し、
前記第1の可撓性層は、第2の剛性を有し、
前記第1の剛性は、前記第2の剛性よりも大きい、3Dプリント構造。 - 前記第1の層は、前記第2の層と第1の軸の方向で当接する、請求項1に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記第2の層内の前記第2の壁部は、二次構造層または第2の可撓性層を備える、請求項1または2に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 第3の壁を備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記第1の層は、第3の壁部をさらに備え、

- 前記可撓性層、および/または、前記構造層は、第1の表面及び第2の表面を有する、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記剛性は、縦方向に沿うものである、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記剛性は、横方向に沿うものである、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 回転方向に沿っている、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記弾性材料は、シリコン材料またはシリコン材料の混合物である、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
- 前記構造層は、第1の材料組成から製造され、及び/または、
前記可撓性層は、第2の材料組成から製造され、
前記第1の材料組成は、前記第2の材料組成と異なる、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載の3Dプリント構造。
