Claims (8)
- 微細藻類の培養タンク用の垂直流れ攪拌システムであって、エネルギー発生源(1)と、エネルギー蓄積装置(2)と、制御システム(3)と、電気モーター(4)と、少なくとも1つの移動限界センサー(5)と、攪拌プレート(6)と、トルク伝達システム(7)と、少なくとも2つの横方向駆動要素(8)とを備える、垂直流れ攪拌システム。
- 前記エネルギー発生源(1)が、太陽光発電機および風力発電機のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記エネルギー蓄積装置(2)が、少なくとも1つのバッテリー、または少なくとも1つのスーパーキャパシター、またはこれらの組み合わせである、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御システム(3)が前記自律型垂直流れ攪拌システムの移動方向の制御を実行するように適合され、前記制御システム(3)がマイクロコントローラー、プログラマブルロジックコントローラー、およびリレーのうちの少なくとも1つにより構成される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記移動限界センサー(5)が、前記攪拌システムが前記培養タンクの所与の方向の端部に到達したことを検知するように適合される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記トルク伝達システム(7)が前記モーター(4)により発生したトルクを前記駆動要素(8)に伝達するように適合され、前記伝達システム(7)が一組のギアとシャフトを備える、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記駆動要素(8)が、前記攪拌システムを前記培養タンクに沿って駆動するように適合され、
前記駆動要素(8)が、前記攪拌プレート(6)に対して横方向に配置され、
前記駆動要素(8)が、横方向のレール、歯付きシャフトに接続された横方向のベルト、および横方向の車輪のうちの少なくとも1つを備え、
前記駆動要素(8)が、前記培養タンクの横方向の縁部の上で支持され、移動する、
請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記攪拌プレート(6)が前記培養タンクの断面の形状に実質的に適合する形状を有し、前記攪拌プレート(6)の縁部が前記タンクの横方向の壁に対して正確に配置され、前記攪拌プレート(6)の下部領域が、流体が前記下部領域のそばを通過できるように、前記タンクの底面から所与の距離を保っている、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
