前記第2電極層が単層構造である場合、前記第2電極層は単層金属層、又は単層金属混合物層、又は単層透明金属酸化物層であり、前記第2電極層が積層構造である場合、前記第2電極層は透明金属酸化物層と金属層との積層であるか、又は前記第2電極層は透明金属酸化物層と金属混合物層との積層であり、
前記第2電極層の材料に金属がドープされており、前記第2電極層の厚さが100オングストローム以上であり、かつ500オングストローム以下である場合、前記第2電極層は全体的に連続した表面電極であり、前記第2電極層の透明度は40%より大きく、
前記第2電極層の材料に金属がドープされており、前記第2電極層の厚さが100オングストローム以上であり、かつ200オングストローム以下である場合、前記第2電極層は全体的に連続した表面電極であり、前記第2電極層の透明度は40%より大きく、
前記第2電極層の材料に金属がドープされており、前記第2電極層の厚さが50オングストローム以上であり、かつ200オングストローム以下である場合、前記第2電極層は全体的に連続した表面電極であり、前記第2電極層の透明度は50%より大きく、
前記第2電極層の材料に金属がドープされており、前記第2電極層の厚さが50オングストローム以上であり、かつ200オングストローム以下である場合、前記第2電極層は全体的に連続した表面電極であり、前記第2電極層の透明度は60%より大きく、
前記第2電極層が単層構造である場合、前記単層金属層の材料はAl、Agであり、前記単層金属混合物層の材料はMg、Agであるか、又はAlがドープされた金属混合材料であり、前記透明金属酸化物は酸化インジウムスズ又は酸化インジウム亜鉛であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアレイ基板。 - 請求項1に記載のアレイ基板と、
前記アレイ基板を封止するための封止層と
を含むことを特徴とする表示スクリーン。 - 素子領域を有する機器本体と、
前記機器本体を覆う請求項17に記載の表示スクリーンとを含み、
前記素子領域は前記第2OLED基板の下に位置し、前記素子領域に前記第2OLED基板を透過して光線収集を行う感光素子が設置されることを特徴とする表示装置。
