Claims (11)
- 流体を消毒するためのデバイス用アセンブリであって、
コンテナ(1)と、
前記コンテナ(1)内に配置され、消毒される流体を収容するように構成されるリアクタチャンバ(2)であって、前記流体は前記リアクタチャンバ(2)の入口(3)を介して前記リアクタチャンバ(2)に流入し、前記リアクタチャンバ(2)の出口(4)を介して前記リアクタチャンバ(2)から流出し得る、リアクタチャンバ(2)と、
前記リアクタチャンバ(2)内の前記流体を消毒するために、紫外線を提供し、前記紫外線を前記リアクタチャンバ(2)内に放射するように構成される照射デバイス(5)と、を備え、
前記コンテナ(1)のコンテナ壁(6)は多層設計と、前記コンテナ壁(6)の内層(21)とを有し、前記内層(21)は前記リアクタチャンバ(2)に対面し、前記リアクタチャンバ(2)を囲み、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンから作られ、少なくとも1.0mmの層厚を有する、デバイス用アセンブリ。 - 前記コンテナ壁(6)の前記内層(21)はプラスチック材料で成形された後部射出部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記コンテナ壁(6)の外層(22)はプラスチック材料で成形された前記後部射出部によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記内層(21)がポリテトラフルオロエチレンである場合、前記リアクタチャンバ(2)に対面する内側表面は、前記紫外線を拡散的に反射するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記内層(21)は前記紫外線の少なくとも約90%の反射率を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記内層(21)は最大約200℃の温度まで耐熱性があることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記内層(21)は、少なくとも1.2mmの層厚、代替として、少なくとも1.5mmの層厚を有することを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記照射デバイス(5)は、少なくとも部分的に、前記リアクタチャンバ(2)内に配置され、前記リアクタチャンバ内に配置される前記照射デバイス(5)の一部は、少なくともいくつかの部分に、外側ポリテトラフルオロエチレンコーティングを有することを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリを備える、流体を消毒するための消毒デバイス。
- 消費点(30)において消毒された流体を分配するためのデバイスであって、
前記消費点(30)で分配される流体を供給し得る供給接続部(32)と、
前記流体を前記消費点(30)で分配し得る排出接続部(33)と、
請求項9に記載の流体を消毒するための消毒デバイスであって、前記消毒デバイスは前記供給接続部(32)及び前記排出接続部(33)に接続され、それにより、前記供給接続部(32)を介して供給した後に、前記消費点(30)で分配される前に、前記流体を前記消毒デバイス内で消毒し得る、消毒デバイスと、
を備える、デバイス。 - 流体を消毒するためのデバイス用アセンブリを製作する方法であって、
コンテナ(1)内に形成され、消毒される流体を収容するように構成されるリアクタチャンバ(2)を有するコンテナ(1)を製作するステップであって、前記流体は前記リアクタチャンバ(2)の入口(3)を介して前記リアクタチャンバ(2)に流入し、前記リアクタチャンバ(2)の出口(4)を介して前記リアクタチャンバ(2)から流出し得る、製作するステップと、
照射デバイス(5)を前記コンテナ(1)に形成するステップであって、前記照射デバイス(5)は前記リアクタチャンバ(2)内の前記流体を消毒するために、紫外線を提供し、前記紫外線を前記リアクタチャンバ(2)内の前記流体に放射するように構成される、形成するステップと、を含み、
前記コンテナ(1)のコンテナ壁(6)は多層設計と、前記コンテナ壁(6)の内層(21)とを有し、前記内層(21)は前記リアクタチャンバ(2)に対面し、前記リアクタチャンバ(2)を囲み、ポリテトラフルオロエチレンから作られ、少なくとも1.0mmの層厚を有する、方法。
