Description
Claims (15)
- エアロゾル発生装置のための発熱体であって、発熱部分と、前記発熱部分と熱的に接触する炭素含有層とを備え、前記炭素含有層がグラフェンを含み、前記発熱体が非発熱部分をさらに備え、かつグラフェンの層が前記発熱部分から前記発熱体の前記非発熱部分に前記発生した熱を伝達するように構成されている、発熱体。
- 前記発熱体が電気的に加熱される発熱体である、請求項1に記載の発熱体。
- 前記発熱体が、前記発熱部分と前記炭素含有層の間に配設された電気絶縁材料の層を備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載の発熱体。
- 前記炭素含有層が、グラフェン被覆の形態であるか、または一つ以上のグラフェンシートを含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の発熱体。
- 前記炭素含有層が、少なくとも二つのグラフェンシートを備え、かつ前記少なくとも二つのグラフェンシートの間に追加的な炭素含有構造が提供されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の発熱体。
- 吸入可能なエアロゾルを発生するためのエアロゾル発生装置であって、エアロゾル形成基体を含有するエアロゾル発生物品を受容するように構成された加熱チャンバーを備え、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の発熱体を備える、エアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記発熱体が、前記加熱チャンバー内に配設されている内部発熱体である、請求項6に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記発熱体が中央に配設されていて、かつ前記加熱チャンバーの長軸方向軸に沿って整列されている、請求項7に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記発熱体が、一つ以上の加熱ブレードまたは加熱針を備える、請求項7または請求項8に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記発熱体が、前記加熱チャンバーの側壁に隣接して配設されている外部発熱体であるか、または前記発熱体が、前記加熱チャンバーの側壁の一部を少なくとも部分的に形成する外部発熱体である、請求項6に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記炭素含有層が、前記加熱チャンバーの内側側壁を少なくとも部分的に覆って延びる、請求項10に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- コントローラと、電源と、接点とをさらに備え、前記接点が、前記発熱体の前記発熱部分に電気的に接触し、かつ前記コントローラが、前記接点を経由する前記電源から前記発熱部分への電力の供給を制御するように構成されている、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- エアロゾル発生装置のための発熱体を製造する方法であって、
i)発熱部分を提供する工程と、
ii)グラフェン含有層を前記発熱部分上に、かつ前記発熱部分と熱的に接触して配設する工程と、を含む、方法。 - 前記グラフェン含有層が、前記発熱体の前記発熱部分へのグラフェン被覆の形態で提供されている、請求項13に記載のエアロゾル発生装置のための発熱体を製造する方法。
- iii)発熱体の非発熱部分を提供する工程と、
iv)前記グラフェン含有層を、前記発熱体の前記非発熱部分上に、かつ前記発熱体の前記非発熱部分と熱的に接触して配設する工程と、をさらに含む、請求項13または請求項14に記載のエアロゾル発生装置のための発熱体を製造する方法。
