Claims (15)
- 組織における炎症を検出するためのシステムであって、
発光体と、
300μm〜2000μmの光源−検出器間距離を有する拡散反射分光プローブと、
複数の検出器であり、
615nm未満であり、第1の帯域幅を有する第1の波長、及び、
615nm以上であり、それぞれ第2の帯域幅及び第3の帯域幅を有する少なくとも第2の波長及び第3の波長であり、少なくとも前記第2の帯域幅又は前記第3の帯域幅は前記第1の帯域幅よりも大きい、少なくとも第2の波長及び第3の波長、
を検出するように構成された複数の検出器と、
を含むシステム。 - 前記発光体は、歯肉組織に光を送達するように構成され、前記複数の検出器は、前記歯肉組織からの拡散反射光を検出するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 検出される拡散反射光を受けて分析するように構成されたスペクトル分析ユニットであって、前記検出される光を前記複数の検出器にわたって分配するように構成されたスプリッターを含むスペクトル分析ユニット
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 炎症検出ユニットを含むコントローラであって、組織炎症を検出するために、前記複数の検出器の各々から入力を受信するように構成されているコントローラ
をさらに含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。 - 前記少なくとも第2の帯域幅又は第3の帯域幅は、前記第1の帯域幅よりも少なくとも50%大きい、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも第2の帯域幅又は第3の帯域幅は、前記第1の帯域幅よりも100%大きい、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも第2の帯域幅又は第3の帯域幅は、前記第1の帯域幅よりも100%〜400%大きい、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の検出器は、615nmよりも大きい帯域幅を有する少なくとも第4の波長を検出するように構成され、前記少なくとも第4の波長の帯域幅は、前記第1の帯域幅、前記第2の帯域幅、及び前記第3の帯域幅よりも大きい、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 組織炎症を検出するためのシステムであって、
複数の発光体と、
300μm〜2000μmの光源−検出器間距離を有する拡散反射分光プローブと、
検出器であり、
615nm未満であり、第1の帯域幅を有する第1の波長、及び、
615nm以上であり、それぞれ第2の帯域幅及び第3の帯域幅を有する少なくとも第2の波長及び第3の波長であり、前記第2の帯域幅又は前記第3の帯域幅は前記第1の帯域幅よりも大きい、少なくとも第2の波長及び第3の波長、
を検出するように構成された検出器と、
を含むシステム。 - 前記複数の発光体は、歯肉組織に光を送達するように構成され、前記検出器は、前記歯肉組織からの拡散反射光を検出するように構成されている、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の発光体は、光コンバイナに光を送達するように構成され、前記光コンバイナは、発せられた前記光を組み合わせ、組み合わされた前記光を歯肉組織に送達するように構成されている、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも前記第2の帯域幅又は第3の帯域幅は、前記第1の帯域幅よりも少なくとも50%大きい、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも前記第2の帯域幅又は第3の帯域幅は、前記第1の帯域幅よりも100%大きい、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも前記第2の帯域幅又は第3の帯域幅は、前記第1の帯域幅よりも100%〜400%大きい、請求項9に記載のシステム。
