Claims (15)
- 被験者の筋収縮を治療するためのシステムであって、
1つ以上のプロセッサと、
1つ以上のメモリと、
前記被験者の標的筋肉から筋電図(EMG)信号を受信するように構成された1つ以上の電極を有するセンサステージと、
前記1つ以上のメモリに記憶された命令を実行するように構成された筋収縮分析ステージであって、前記命令が、実行されると、前記1つ以上のプロセッサに、
リアルタイムで前記EMG信号をサンプリングさせて前記EMG信号から複数の特徴を計算させ、
前記信号特徴の所定のパターンが前記標的筋肉の筋収縮を示しているかどうかを判定させ、
前記信号特徴のパターンが前記標的筋肉の筋収縮の存在を判定した場合、前記筋収縮への振動刺激信号の必要性を判定させる、筋収縮分析ステージと、
前記筋収縮を治療するために前記被験者に前記振動刺激信号を印加するように構成された振動モータステージと、を備え、
前記センサステージ、前記振動モータステージ、および前記筋収縮分析ステージが、閉ループ構成であり、前記センサステージが、追加のEMG信号を受信するように構成され、前記筋収縮分析ステージが、リアルタイムで前記追加のEMG信号をサンプリングするように構成され、前記振動モータステージが、前記振動刺激の印加を停止するように構成されている、システム。 - 前記センサステージが、前記標的筋肉において前記EMG信号を検知するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記振動モータステージが、前記振動刺激信号を前記標的筋肉としての追加の筋肉に印加するように構成されている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記振動モータステージが、前記振動刺激信号を前記標的筋肉に印加するように構成されている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサステージが、前記標的筋肉以外の追加の筋肉内の前記EMG信号を検知するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記振動モータステージが、前記追加の筋肉に前記振動刺激信号を印加して、前記標的筋肉の筋収縮を治療するように構成されている、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記振動モータステージが、前記追加の筋肉および前記標的筋肉とは異なる第3の筋肉に前記振動刺激信号を印加して、前記標的筋肉の前記筋収縮を治療するように構成されている、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサステージおよび前記振動モータステージが、前記1つ以上の電極を含む係合面を有するブレスレット内に収容され、追加の筋肉または前記標的筋肉に取り付けられた腱と係合するように構成され、前記ブレスレットが、前記係合面に機械的に結合された振動モータハウジングを有し、前記振動モータハウジングが、振動モータによって生成された前記振動刺激信号を前記係合面に印加するための前記振動モータを保持するように構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記筋収縮分析ステージが、
基準電圧を有する電源、DC−DCコンバータ、および低ドロップアウト電圧レギュレータを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記筋収縮分析ステージが、
前記1つ以上の電極から前記EMG信号を受信するように結合されたアナログフロントエンドステージと、
アナログ−デジタル変換器と、
前記振動モータステージに電気的に結合された振動モータマイクロコントローラと、を備える、請求項9に記載のシステム。 - 前記1つ以上の電極が、前記標的筋肉上の第1の位置に配置された第1のセットの電極と、別の標的筋肉上の第2の異なる位置に配置された第2のセットの電極と、を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 被験者の筋収縮を治療するためのコンピュータ実装方法であって、
プロセッサにおいて、前記被験者の筋電図(EMG)信号を受信することであって、前記EMG信号が、前記被験者の標的筋肉から取得される、受信することと、
前記プロセッサにおいて、前記EMG信号をリアルタイムでサンプリングし、前記EMG信号から複数の特徴を計算することと、
信号特徴の所定のパターンが前記標的筋肉の収縮を示しているかどうかを判定することと、
前記信号特徴のパターンが、前記標的筋肉における筋収縮の存在を示す場合、前記筋収縮に対応する振動刺激信号を判定し、前記筋収縮を治療するために前記振動刺激信号を前記被験者に印加することと、
閉ループ構成で前記振動刺激信号を印加することと、を備え、前記方法が、さらに、追加のEMG信号を受信して前記追加のEMG信号をリアルタイムでサンプリングすることと、前記追加のEMG信号値の複数の特徴を計算することと、前記追加のEMG信号の前記複数の特徴パターンが筋収縮を示すときを判定することと、を備える、方法。 - さらに、前記標的筋肉以外の追加の筋肉において前記被験者の前記EMG信号を検知することを備える、請求項12に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記追加の筋肉に前記振動刺激信号を印加して、前記標的筋肉の筋収縮を治療することを備える、請求項13に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記追加の筋肉および前記標的筋肉とは異なる第3の標的筋肉に前記振動刺激を印加し、前記標的筋肉の筋収縮を治療することを備える、請求項13に記載の方法。
