Claims (15)
- 第1の導電率を有する原料不織布を含んでいる導電性不織布において、
前記原料不織布は、第2の導電率を有する導電性粒子を含み、
前記第2の導電率は、前記第1の導電率よりも大きい、
導電性不織布。 - 前記粒子は、30%~60%の重量比率を有する、
請求項1記載の不織布。 - 前記粒子は、3μm~8μmのサイズを有する、
請求項1または2記載の不織布。 - 前記粒子は、銀粒子によって形成されている、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の不織布。 - 前記原料不織布は、4μm~10μmの繊維太さを有する繊維を含む、
請求項1記載の不織布。 - 前記原料不織布は、10mm~14mmの繊維長さを有する繊維を含む、
請求項5記載の不織布。 - 前記原料不織布は、PTFE粒子(3)を含む、
請求項5または6記載の不織布。 - 前記PTFE粒子は、5%~15%の重量比率を有する、
請求項7記載の不織布。 - 前記不織布の厚さは、0.4mm~0.8mmである、
請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の不織布。 - 前記不織布の単位面積当たりの重量は、500g/m2~1000g/m2である、

請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の不織布。 - 接地リングであって、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の導電性不織布からなる不織布リング(4)を含んでいる、接地リング。
- 前記不織布リングは、導電性支持リングに固定されている、
請求項12記載の接地リング。 - 請求項12または13記載の接地リングと、第1の機械要素と、第2の機械要素と、を含んだアレイであって、
前記接地リングは、前記第1の機械要素の表面にぴったりと接触し、
前記第1の機械要素は、前記第2の機械要素と同心円状に配置され、
前記第1の機械要素は、径方向に距離を置いて前記第2の機械要素に隣接して配置され、
前記接地リングは、径方向の距離によって形成される間隙に配置され、
前記第2の機械要素は、定義された接地電位に接地され、
前記第1および第2の機械要素は、前記接地リングによってそれぞれぴったりと接触し、これによって相互に導電接続されている、
