Description
There is an application for exception to loss of novelty
The present invention relates to a flooring material and a method for attaching the flooring material.
The floor material is formed with male and female nuts at its side ends. When arranging a plurality of flooring materials, by combining the male and female flooring materials adjacent to each other, the plurality of flooring materials are integrated to prevent the flooring materials from lifting up one by one. The material is positioned.
In recent years, there has been an increase in demand for renovation of rental properties and existing detached houses. With the increase in renovation demand, there is a demand for flooring that can be installed directly on existing flooring from the viewpoint of shortening the construction period. This type of flooring material is required to have a thin product thickness due to the property that the flooring material is to be laminated on top of existing building materials.
It is known that when the product thickness of the flooring material is to be reduced, the flooring material is provided with a shell-like solid portion. For example, a floor material having a cobble-shaped solid portion is provided with a cocoon-shaped solid portion protruding from the surface side at one end in the width direction of the base material layer, and adjacent to the other end in the width direction. The construction is such that a shell-like solid portion protruding from the rear surface side that is actually joined to the solid portion at one end in the width direction of the floor material installed as the floor material is provided. Then, the flooring materials are combined by overlapping the cobble-shaped real parts of the adjacent flooring materials.
When these cocoon-like solid parts are superimposed, the cocoon-like solid part on the front side rises from the cocoon-like solid part on the back side, causing the floor material to warp or cause the adjacent floor to warp. There may be gaps in the material. In that case, rattling, creaking, and the like are likely to occur on the floor surface.
By the way, at the time of renovation, it is possible to replace the floor material (for example, replace one floor material) by removing a part of the floor material from the existing floor material and attaching a new floor material. be. In this case, in the flooring material disclosed in
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a flooring material which prevents lifting and can be replaced without destroying the solid portion, and a method for attaching the flooring material.

According to the present invention, it is possible to prevent the floor material from floating and to replace the floor material without destroying the solid portion.
A flooring material according to the present embodiment will be described below with reference to the drawings. The flooring material according to the present embodiment is, for example, a flooring material that can be directly installed on an existing flooring material when renovating a house. Moreover, the flooring according to the present embodiment is configured such that after construction, a part of the constructed flooring can be replaced without destroying the flooring.
FIG. 1 is a plan view of the
The
木質基材としては、例えば、合板、LVL(Laminated Veneer Lumber:単板積層材)、MDF(Medium Density Fiberboard:中密度繊維板)、HDF(High Density Fiberboard:高密度繊維板)、パーチクルボード、OSB(Oriented Strand Board:配向性ストランドボード)などである。
The
The
The
By providing the
The thicknesses of the
The
FIG. 3 is a diagram showing a state in which the first
The first
The surface-
The first upper surface inclined
The
The lower surface of the front-
The second
The back-side
The surface-side
The surface-side
The lower surface inclined
The second upper surface inclined
The
Here, in the state where the first

When installing a

Further, as shown in FIG. 6B, when the first
(How to replace some floor materials)
Next, a method for replacing a part of the floor material will be described. First, it is necessary to remove the extraction target from the existing floor. The method is not particularly limited, but for example, a cutting means such as a cutter is used to cut the floor material to be replaced. The suction cup for transportation is made to stick to the surface of the floor material to be replaced, and in that state, the suction cup for transportation is moved upward, thereby damaging other floor materials that have already been constructed starting from the cut part of the floor material to be replaced. It is possible to peel off only the floor material to be re-pasted without removing it.
Next, after removing the floor material to be re-pasted, floor residues such as adhesive remain on the top surface of the base material. Apply glue. The purpose of performing such surface treatment is to improve the adhesiveness of the new flooring material. In this way, a new flooring material is inserted and constructed by the method shown in FIG.
