例えば、特許文献1には、常温で固体の油性成分を含む平均粒子径が100μm以上の油性カプセルが水性媒体中に分散されたカプセル含有化粧料が開示されている。

そのような中、本発明者らは、驚くべきことに、油性カプセルとは別に、特定の界面活性剤と香料を含んでなる香料複合体を形成させて、カプセル外に配合することにより、香り立ちに優れ、かつ安定性に優れる化粧料を提供できることを発見した。本発明はこれらの知見に基づくものである。

Claims (9)
(B)(B1)HLB8.5以上の界面活性剤および(B2)香料を含んでなる香料複合体と
を含んでなる水中油型化粧料。 (A) an oily capsule having an average particle size of 100 µm or more, comprising (A1) a solid oil and (A2) a liquid oil;
(B) An oil-in-water cosmetic comprising (B1) a surfactant having an HLB of 8.5 or more and (B2) a fragrance complex comprising a fragrance.
融点を超える温度に調整し液状とされた、(A1)固形油分および(A2)液状油分を、10~1500rpmでの撹拌下、融点を越える温度に調整された水性溶媒に導入して混合物とし、当該撹拌下で、前記混合物を室温に冷却し、平均粒子径100μm以上の(A)油性カプセルを形成させる工程;
(B1)HLB8.5以上の界面活性剤および(B2)香料を、低級アルコールまたは多価アルコールに溶解させて、水性溶媒に導入し、撹拌し、(B)香料複合体を形成させる工程;および
前記(A)油性カプセルおよび前記(B)香料複合体を混合する工程
