<About wire bundle joint method>
In the above configuration and structure, a wire bundle joint method will be described below. In this wire bundle joint method, the pre-joint wire bundle sub-assembly 2 shown in FIG. This is a method for forming a post-joint wire bundle 49 having a joint portion 48 by joining the wire bundle 46 and another wire bundle 47 together by ultrasonic welding. The wire bundle joint method includes, for example, a jig mounting process, a sub-assembly forming process, a vibration countermeasure process, a pre-welding process, a welding process, and a post-welding process, and these processes are performed in order. (assumed to be an example).

When viewed from the pre-joint wire bundle sub-assembly 2, the pre-joint wire bundle sub-assembly becomes another wire bundle. Of course it will be a bundle.

In the jig mounting process, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the joint alignment jig 4 is mounted on one end side of the plurality of electric wires 28 . A plurality of electric wires 28 are arranged in the direction perpendicular to the electric wire axis by attaching the joint alignment jig 4 . Further, the conductor tip portion 44 of the conductor exposed portion 43 abuts against the tip abutment portion 35, and the tip positions are aligned.

In the jig mounting process, a plurality of wires 28 are arranged in the direction orthogonal to the wire axis at the wire aligning portion 34 to prevent the wires 28 from being separated. Further, since the conductor tip portion 44 of the conductor exposed portion 43 abuts against the tip abutment portion 35, displacement of the conductor tip portion 44 is also prevented. When the jig mounting process is completed, the process shifts to the sub-assembly forming process.

In the sub-assembly forming step, as shown in FIG. 3, the joint alignment jig 4 and the other ends of the plurality of wires 28 are held by wire holding rods 29, respectively, and the wire bundle sub-assemblies 2 and 3 before the joint are held. are performed (work is performed to form the wire bundle 46 and another wire bundle 47). The pre-joint wire bundle subassemblies 2 and 3 formed in this process are stocked on the shelves 21 and 23 shown in FIG. When the sub-assembly forming process is finished, the process shifts to the anti-vibration process.

In the anti-vibration process, before setting the pre-joint wire bundle sub-assembly 2 on the guide member 7 of the welding machine 1, as shown in FIG. An operation of providing the vibration damping member 8 is performed. 6, before the pre-joint wire bundle sub-assembly 3 is set on the guide member 7 of the welding machine 1, the vibration damping member 8 is placed between the plurality of wires 28 in the pre-joint wire bundle sub-assembly 3. Since the post-joint wire bundle 49 is removed while it is still set in the guide member 7, the joint part 48 can be kept in good condition, and the reliability of the joint condition can be improved.

<About effect>
As described above with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8, according to the joint alignment jig 4 according to one embodiment of the present invention, a wire for arranging a plurality of wires 28 in the wire axis orthogonal direction is provided. an aligning portion 34, a tip abutting portion 35 against which the conductor tip portions 44 of the conductor exposed portions 43 of the plurality of wires 25 abut, and an electric wire axis that connects the tip abutting portion 35 and the wire aligning portion 34 and connects the conductor exposing portion 43. Since it has a connection part 36 formed in a shape that allows joints by ultrasonic welding from the orthogonal direction, a plurality of electric wires 28 are arranged in the electric wire axis orthogonal direction at the electric wire aligning part 34 to prevent the electric wires 28 from coming apart. In addition, it is possible to prevent the conductor tip portion 44 from being displaced by the tip abutting portion 35 . Furthermore, by using the joint alignment jig 4, it is possible to prevent misalignment of the exposed conductor portions 43 (misalignment of vertical stacking).

In addition, according to the pre-joint wire bundle sub-assemblies 2 and 3, which are an embodiment of the present invention, since the joint alignment jig 4 is included in the configuration, the wire 28 is separated, the conductor tip 44 is displaced, and It is possible to prevent the exposed conductor portions 43 from being vertically stacked, and since they are held by the wire holding rods 29, they can be easily stored. Therefore, according to the pre-joint wire bundle sub-assies 2 and 3, it is possible to provide an easy-to-handle one.

In addition, according to the welding machine 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the wire bundle 46 and the other wire bundle 47 are prevented from being separated from each other, while preventing the wires 28 from being separated, the conductor tip portions 44 from being displaced, and the vertical stacking from being displaced. can be jointed. Further, according to the welding machine 1, when the wire bundle 46 and the other wire bundle 47 are jointed together, vibration countermeasures can be applied to the terminal fitting 30 provided on the other end side of the plurality of wires 28. (Terminal breakage can be prevented). Furthermore, according to the welding machine 1, after joining by ultrasonic welding, the post-joint wire bundle 49 can be removed from the welding machine main body 5 in a state of being set in the guide member 7. The condition of the joint portion 48 of the bundle 49 can be maintained well by the guide member 7 . This can improve the reliability of the joint state.
